    These guys were amazing they were fast and efficient and got us moved after our previous movers canceled the day of. With a days notice they showed up promptly and moved everything with ZERO damage to anything. I can't stress enough how thankful I am for the great job these guys did.

    The men who helped my mom move are very kind and respectful. They arrived on time and worked non-stop until it was completely done. I dont feel like they took advantage of any time or messed around to prolong the move at all. They made sure to protect delicate or fragile stuff. The price was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them. In fact, I will be using this company when I move in a couple of months!

    First Choice Moving recently helped us to move our 4-bedroom house from ***** to ************. This company worked very professionally from the first request until the job was done. ***** was always on top of everything, and he tried to find always the best solution for any requirements, challenges and changes always considering our budget (***** was always more concerned about the price than we did :-) and time schedule. Overall, First Choice Moving did a great performance and our out of state move was smooth and relaxed as it can be. All actual cost and dates were matching the estimates, no hidden costs or surprises at all. Overall, I can highly recommend First Choice Moving with their professional advice, job fulfillment and cost transparency. Thank you.

    VERY POLITE! Let me just say that using first choice movers will always be my only choice! They're crew was very diligent and polite when it came to moving my homes important furnishings. Not only did they move my things safely with no damage but they even rebuilt the items that were moved in pieces so I didn't have to. One of the movers Logan was extremely accommodating when it came to my needs and worries while moving. I will always use them from now on in any future endeavors seeing as they exceeded my expectations.

    I'm going to try to leave zero stars, but may have to opt for a single star. So, if you see 1 star, it is because I had to. First, let's start with the misrepresentation of the crew's capabilities. We own a Sleep Number bed and were assured by David that his crew was more than capable of disassembling the bed and moving the mattress and frame, but Sleep Number would have to reassemble the pieces. Sound reasonable to me, but what a mistake. There was so much damage to the bed and frame that Sleep Number couldn't assemble the bed when they arrived to reassemble our bed. The bed was disassembled incorrectly (the words of the Sleep Number technicians, not mine) and the result was nearly $4000.00 in damages and repair costs. I had no choice but to order the parts to repair the bed and bring in two companies (Sleep Number for the mattress and Leggett & Platt for the frame) to complete the repairs. Now let's talk about the refrigerator and armoire. Neither were protected by any kind of moving blankets or pads, as was several other pieces. The armoire now has two deep gouges in the top as something was drug across the top. The refrigerator has several places were the finish was rubbed away and bare metal is now showing. There are also several scratches in the door and drawers. The parts are not available to repair the refrigerator nor can these places be buffed as the fridge has a coating over the stainless steel. My only option now is to replace the refrigerator. If this weren't enough. they damaged my ceiling and broke a ceiling fan blade off of the fan in the master bedroom. If they had brought this to my attention, I probably would have said "accidents happen." Instead, the fan blade was removed from the house, in an attempt to hide the fact the blade was missing. This should be enough to speak to the character of the crew that showed up. In retrospect, this could have all been avoided (except the fan) if a second trip was used.

    Thank you for taking the time to explain in detail the extent of damage that occurred during your move. To better address the items of concern, I will need a little more information.....

    1. Please provide the model number or someway to better identify the "sleep number bed"

    2. Maybe you can take a picture of the armoire and also the refrigerator when you have a chance and forward them to me so I can take a look. You can send them to my cell phone at ************ or maybe to this website.....not sure if that is possible, however... Both of these pieces also more information......,name of the manufacturer and serial number, year, (model number) of the refrigerator and the armoire can be identified by a name brand or possibly serial number as well.

    3. Ceiling damage...?? Can you please explain the extent of ceiling damage that was noticeable ?? A picture if possible .....

    4. Fan blade removed ?? Are you sure about that ? .....seems strange Need a make and model of the fan if possible as well.

    Sure sorry for the damage and inconvenience that was caused during your move Please provide the moving date when this occurred.

    Although this is not the proper forum to address your questions, I will in the interest of time. 1. The Sleep Number Bed Model Number is on the receipts in the original claim. However, and again in the interest of time, the model is an I10 Flextop King 360 Flexfit 2. 2. The refrigerator model is **************. It is no longer made as stated in the original claim but was purchased approximately 7 years ago, as also stated in the original claim. All the pictures I have are also in the original claim so I won't be forwarding those. The armoire is a piece of wooden furniture without a known model number. However, that is not important. What is important is the cost to repair the top and that too is in the original claim. 3. The ceiling damage is a gouge in the hallway ceiling about 2 inches in diameter. Since there is a limit to the amount you refund for ceiling damages, I did not include a bid as the amount would be in excess of that amount. 4. The ceiling fan - yes I'm quite sure. The original model number is not available as this item went into a trash pile after the compulsory 30 day period. The replacement fan was the least expensive model available and was far less expensive that the original. That model number of the replacement is in the original claim.
    As a friendly reminder, you have until the 20th of November to respond to my claim.
