    2 pairs of glasses that I cannot see out of and 1 broken pair.I ordered and received 3 pairs of glasses. I added special instructions to lower the segment height and confirmed that this was possible, by email with Muukal, prior to the glasses being made. When I received my glasses, 1 pair was broken and the other 2 are useless to me because the instructions were not followed. After multiple emails, they refused to fix anything and refunded me only a portion of my purchase price. I now have 3 pairs of glasses that I cannot see with and I am out money. There are much better online companies for glasses (all of which you can speak to a real person)!

    I am a resident of ****** and before I placed my prescription order, I checked Muukal:shipping location and ****** was on the list of shipping destinations so placed the order made payment and received a confirmation. The next day, I received an email from customer support asking me if I reside in ****** because it will take long time to get to ******. I responded that I currently reside in ****** and don't mind waiting. I then received an notification that my orders was cancelled. I immediately responded that was not acceptable and I insist that they ship the order ni matter how long it takes. I then received received another email advising me that they don't ship to ******, yet the site continues to offer the option. This is not the way a reputable company conducts business.

    I have attempted to contact Muukal eyewear regarding my order by text on numerous occasions since July 2024, by telephone to CONTACT PERSON:****** by email to Muukal Optical's listed email address, and by filling out the "contact us" form (3 times) listed on their website.The last text I received from Muukal Optical was on on Wednesday, September 4 2024 stating the package I returned had not been delivered yet. Despite my numerous attempts to contact Muukal Optical, they refuse to return my messages, contact me to facilitate my return or contact me to resolve this ********* package was returned to the address which Muukal Optical provided me in text:COMPANY:DanYang Muukaloptical e-commerce ******* ADDRESS:********************************************************,***** ZIPCODE:212300 CONTACT PERSON:****** on July, 19 2024!! Yes, I said July, 19 2024!! My package cleared customs & has been in *******, ***** since July 29, 2024. That's 4 months!!If Muukal Optical gave me the correct address to return my glasses to, they should have received my return package containing my glasses!!When researching Muukal Optical's address I have found that the above address which they gave me is incorrect & their true address is:Muukal Optical ***********************************************************************************************************************************************, ***** which explains why Muukal Optical has not received my returned glasses.I ordered 3 pair of glasses for $183 & I am now left with 1 pair of glasses, which are not usable due to the blurry progressive lens.Muukal Optical refuses to communicate with me regarding my order, this situation has been going on since July 2024 & this is why I gave the review that I did!!If Muukal Optical is willing to communicate with me regarding my order & work with me to figure out a solution, I will happily update my review, but until then my 1 star review will remain!!

    Very bad business. Made all three glasses wrong with three different prescriptions instead of the correct one prescription. Refused to send me a label for return . Were making me pay shipping , customs and duties to return for their mistakes. Expensive. Or I keep glasses I cant wear and get back ******************************************** ***** with a company in ***** ***** . They said Senegal to pjs o no one would help me. They are scamming lying people. They make your glasses wrong and you have to pay to send them back. How is that right? I finally told them to send the 80 dollars they offered but I havent got that yet either.. sent the *** Cont request tonight. Im still without glasses. And still without money to purchase new ones. They told me that my glasses were made 100% correct , until I took them and had them checked at an optical place and sent photos of all three glasses wrong . And all three different prescriptions. Dont waste your money on this company and tell everyone not to buy from them . Rapid they have progressive glasses. They cheat you out of money . I have all email conversations to put on social media to prove how crooked they are. . They offer to remake them , but Im sure you have to send them back at your expense then too. Save yourself a headache dont buy. I cant leave 0 stars or I would. !

    Ordered 3 pairs of progressive glasses with my current, working prescription. All 3 came in unusable, each pair worse than the next. When brought to the company's attention, they refused to refund without my return of their garbage glasses, at MY expense, overseas, which would have cost more than the 1/2 they claimed they'd give me back (which is not what their policy states is the process). They refuse to honor their own published return policy. I provided the correct prescription and they were unable to manufacture working lenses. This company has more negative reviews than I could count, so shame on me for not looking first, but they should be banned from selling "glasses".

    I ordered 3 sets glasses from here, 2 of which were transitions. Not functional. Frames on the glasses are kind of cheap as well. When I contacted them, they didn't have a lot to see except that the transitions were correct. Very disappointed and will not be buying from them or recommending them to anyone no matter how good the deal is.

    I ordered two pair of progressive lens glasses and neither one of them are useful. The reading glass part is very tiny and if I move my eyes just a little to the left or right it is blurry. I double checked my prescription and and it was correct but these lenses are c*** One of the pairs is in a frame that looks and feels like it is a dollar tree frame. The bow evem says 2.0, which is not my rx. They advertise a money back guarantee But they only refund half. I am still waiting to hear back from them on this issue but my guess is as I am just out my money.

    I ordered 3 pairs of glasses for $119 and the website said there is 30-day ***************** and if Not satisfied? No worry! No hassle! The glasses are blurry. They give me a headache and make me sick to my stomach. I cannot wear them. They kept trying to get me to order 2 new pairs instead of returning the 3 that I cannot and will not use. They kept telling me to keep the 3 pairs and they would remake me 2 pairs but that I could only choose rectangle shaped lenses. They told me to keep the 3 pairs as they are already personalized. However now, that they finally believe that I want to return them, they want me to return the unusable glasses at my expense to *****. So they lied and it is a hassle. So, I do not have any glasses, I wasted money, wasted so much time and energy and I will be out money because I have to ship these awful glasses to *****. This is one of the worst experiences I have had buying something online. I will never use them again and will warn anybody who will listen to me. Do not buy from them.

    **************** team is non-existent and doesn't help anything for a lost package (abandoned by the courier company of their choice. I used my work address because my apartment is gated (drivers usually leave package just outside on a busy street or just throw in over the gate), and my employer has a dedicated shipping/receiving team which then delivers packages to individual employees. The office was closed due to a national holiday, and Uni Express just left/abandoned my package plain outside unattended. I reached out to Muukal customer care and all I got was basically "That's out of our control. Just talk to ****** They have FULL control over the choice of courier service. None of common courier services like ***************** etc. abandons packages plain outside in a busy business area on national holidays when the office is clearly closed. And why ***** **** is not involved at all! Do you really think **** refund the money or reship the products?

    In the past I ordered prescription glasses from various other online companies. None of them compare to Muukal Optical for prescription accuracy, frame selection, affordability, and fast delivery. Very satisfied.
