Complaint versus Texas Endoscopy - Address: ******************************************************************** Phone: ************** On **** I got an upper scope, colonoscopy, and biopsies done here. I paid this location $120.65 and after everything was processed I talked to my benefits department and they said Texas Endoscopy owes me $84 as a refund due to me meeting my Out of Pocket **** I have called multiple times and left multiple voicemails and they will not return my calls. This has occurred for a month now at least. I also got my benefits involved and a representative tried a few times with me to get in contact with Texas Endoscopy and they disconnected with us on one day and a week or so later, after more attempts to call, we couldn't even get a hold of them. We tried to even get in contact with scheduling and they acted like they couldn't hear us after we told them who we were. I live a good ways away so I would rather settle this over the phone in an adult manner, but they are proving to be very dishonest, or at an absolute minimum extremely negligent. I essentially want my $84 refund and I also want this business to be punished in some manner after wasting my time and acting in a despicable manner.
