I am a renter with one of this company's properties. Our kitchen sink is broken and I submitted a formal request on 6/20. I have called and emailed the contact information on their website, reached out to the property manager and as of 7/20 I have had no response. We also submitted a request in February of 2022 to fix one of the showers and as of 7/20/22 it has still been unresolved. I am at a loss of how to get repairs made on this rental property as I don't want to be penalized if anything goes wrong, nor should I foot the bill of the repair.

We have been renters in this property under Park One's management since September of 2019. We rarely contact them for support despite there being a ticket open with them since September 2019 for an inoperable garage door opener. So we have not had a functioning garage since day one. On April 25th, I was sent an email with no phone call or explanation of the landlords intent not to renew the lease. When I called to find out why she said the landlord wanted to go another direction and we needed to be out by May 31 (not 45 days as stated in my lease). With no explanation provided, I assumed the property was being sold. We had an inspection with Park One agent, Mike, approximately one year ago to renew the lease and there were no issues discussed or reported and he said the property was in great condition other than normal wear and tear on the siding in the back yard. On Wednesday, May 11th a "for lease" sign was put in the yard by Mike. I immediately called him (based on the number on the sign) to find out why they were re-leasing and we were not given the opportunity to re-sign. He said there were multiple HOA violations and the tired was "sick of it" and wanted us out. I have received ONE HOA violation over a year ago, pre inspection by Mike, and the stated issues was mediated. There was no communication about any other violations in order to be given the opportunity to rectify and now my kids and are being forced to find a new rental in a very crazy time in the market. Mike has been nothing but rude, aggressive and unprofessional since posting the sign in the yard and denied my request to reason with the owner including offering to increase my own rent to calibrate with the current market which would be $300 more per month then what they are now listing it for. Mike told me the owner "fired" Kimberly as an agent and he was taking over to salvage the owner as a client so I do not believe he even communicated my offer to the owner.
