  I purchased my home in ************************************** have to tackle major repairs - especially the siding. After years of windstorms here in ***, that day finally came. A major storm last year caused damage to both the exterior (roof and siding) and interior (water damage). Unfortunately, my go-to roofing company completely dropped the ball -- delayed claims, no follow-ups, and a total lack of transparency.Seeing the writing on the wall that I couldn't depend on them, I decided to explore alternative providers. That's when I discovered Dwell Roofing, and from the jump, they stood out. Their website impressed me with transparent, educational content -- with no hard sales -- just solid info. After connecting with their team, I was even more impressed. They were knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely helpfulnothing like the stereotypical roofing salesman we all dread.They quickly responded to my request for estimates, offered fair pricing, and delivered excellent work. Based on that stellar experience, I returned a few months later to have all my siding replaced, and I couldn't be happier. The pricing was fair and the results were beyond my expectations. My house looks brand new.But what truly made the experience outstanding was working with **** De La ****. I had a million questions, and **** always responded quickly with patience, kindness, and professionalism, even after hours. He even brought over paint samples in person to help me decide on a color, too. That gesture sure meant a lot and made our decision making process about the color of the home much easier. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed and confident every step of the way.Thanks to ****, Dwell is now my go-to company for any future work. To the team at Dwell: **** is the reason youve now got a lifelong customer -- please give that man a raise!!

  I had a great experience with Dwell Roofing & Exteriors. I had my entire roof replaced as well as a series of other repairs completed through them. My consultant, **** De La ****, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process, as well as highly accessible whenever I had questions or concerns. They also worked extremely well with my insurance company to get everything taken care of. I highly recommend Dwell if you have the need for any roofing or exterior repairs.

  We are want to highly recommend Dwell Roofing and Exteriors. We recently used them for some roof repairs and based on service and quality of repairs we will definitely use them again when it comes time to replace our roof. **** De La **** was amazing answering all our questions and ensuring all work was done to perfection.   ***** and his team have been doing work on our homes for the past 8 years and we would NEVER go anywhere else! We have used his team for a full roof replacement after a large hail storm as well as helping inspect a roof before we sold our home. He is extremely knowledgeable, on time, thorough, and follows up on the work of his team daily to ensure the site is clean and the work is meeting his high standards. Not only this but he is a pro when it comes to dealing with insurance companies and the process. He helped us all along the way. We have met with other Project Managers on the team as well and have always had nothing but the best experience. We have recommended his company time and time again and will continue to do so.   Part 1 Stay Away From this Company!!!!! Especially if youre a Disabled Veteran.Two years ago, I had some missing shingles on my roof, so I had Dwell Roofing (***************************) come out and do their inspection. While performing the inspection, it was also discovered that the wood around my chimney was damaged. ***** talked a great deal about how the work would be done top notch and that the rotted chimney wood would be replaced and painted to match the existing color. I specifically asked if they use paint with a water protectant seal equivalent to Thompsons Water Seal? He assured me that it was. The cost was $750. On 07-September-2021, two workers showed up at my house to do the work and neither of them spoke any English. I had to get my neighbor to translate what they were saying. Turns out one of the workers was asking me for a ladder. They finished the work to my roof and chimney, everything looked good, and my account was settled at the end of the day. However, on 02-October-2023 I was getting a frisbee off my roof and looked at my 2-year-old (supposedly) restored chimney and I saw the wood was completely damaged and rotted (see pictures attached). I dont know where ***** found the workers that did the work on my chimney and roof but clearly by the pictures you can see they were very unskilled and either just painted over the previously damaged wood or if the wood was replaced, a water protectant paint definitely was not used.
