My credit card was charged $61.27 on January 28, 2023 by Primal Health, LLC which we have learned is this same business operation. On February 15, 2023, we reported the transaction to our credit card as a fraudulent use of our credit card. Then the card was charged $39.97 on February 17, 2023. We are reporting this as fraudulent use of the credit card as well. We've tried calling the company without any success. Nobody ever answers or the line goes dead.In my opinion this company is a scam.Business Response

This appears to be a canned response and is insufficient to resolve the problem. We have disputed the charges by Primal Health through our credit card company. Adjustments pending the dispute resolution have been made by the credit card company. The adjustments are for $61.27 for a charge made on January 28, 2023 and a charge for $39.97 made on February 18, 2023. Primal Health issued a credit refund of $39.97 on March 15, 2023. They have not issued a credit refund for $61.27.
The **** mail attempted delivery of a package from Primal Lab in the mail on March 3. We did not order anything from Primal Lab and refused delivery of the package.Business Response

NHC charged my bank account for something I neither orderednor received. A $47 charge payable to ***************** appeared on my account on 2/17/2023, I then received a letter indicating a "renewal date" of 2/10/2023 for a subscription that would automatically renew using the "payment" information they have on file. I never subscribed to whatever it is these folks are selling. The ************** website is bogus and there is no response to the phone number listed in the letter. This appears to be a data harvesting effort! I have no idea how these folks secured my name, phone number, physical address and more importantly my debit card information (now cancelled). I want my $47 refunded. Shame on these folks for preying upon senior citizens.Business Response

I received a letter in the mail on feb 16th about automatic subscription renewal dated feb 15th. I have no subscription. I ordered a product some months ago but no subscription. The money had already been taken from my account. I tried to go on line to cancel as instructed but was unable to because I don't have an account. When I called it said they had no record of my telephone number but it was right there at the top of the letter along with my e mail address. It gives a number to call XXXXXXXXXX but I was immediately put on hold or about15 minutes then it hung up on. I don't want or need their products or subscriptions and this all feels like scam to me . Yesterday, I received a subscription renewal notice from this company for $59. They say in this letter that I can cancel this subscription by phone or by logging onto their website by 2/10/23 or they will automatically deduct this amount from my account. For 2 days now I have been calling the given phone number (about 10 times per day), which puts you on a forever hold pattern and I cannot connect with a human. I have tried to cancel on their website, yet it tells me that they do not have my information. This ticks me off. They certainly do have my information, as the letter sent has my phone number, address and email address on it. I feel that they are deliberately trying to scam me out of $59 by making it impossible to contact them to cancel the subscription. I have read other reviews on your site stating the same thing. Scam.
