I am writing to file a complaint against Amazing Wireless LLC, located at *************************************. The issue I am experiencing pertains to a refund that I am rightfully owed but have yet to receive.Details of the Transaction:Date of Purchase: 5/15/24 Order Number: ******* Item Purchased: iPhone 15 Pro 256GB - Blue Titanium Total Amount: $964.79 On 5/15 I purchased a preowned iPhone 15 Pro from Amazing Wireless LLC from **************. I decided to just purchase new after ordering. Since the item didnt even come with an apple certified charging cable, I decided to return the item. My wife must have accidentally swapped the labels between two different shipments, resulting in the wrong accidentally being sent back. I was told in chat there was a simple mistake, few days later my wrongly labeled package delivered back to me. At this point I realized it was a mistake. I then repackaged and printed the label and made sure myself that the correct label and everything was there and in order. I even made sure to ask for a receipt when I shipped it from staples. My account was then wrongly closed because I didnt reply in time? I fixed the issue without responding and made sure I returned the item back to Backmarket / Amazing Wireless. Since then now I have no access to my account but I know for a fact the iPhone was returned and received by Amazing Wireless and they are refusing to refund for the returned items. I followed the companys return policy and sent the items back on 6/3, with tracking number 1ZE0K9599019528033 and staples drop off receipt which confirms the items were returned and delivered back to Amazing Wireless LLC I am seeking a prompt resolution to this matter. I request that Amazing Wireless LLC issue the refund of $964.79 immediately. At this moment they have the returned item and my money and I am left with nothing. Appreciate sharing the tracking# will ask the return's department to review it.
The Refund is not from ourside, its Back Market who handles the financial part as they control the market place. Would advice to explain the whole situation to them so they can assist you.
Even the customer service is handled by us we have no access to it.

I purchased a new in the box cell phone from this companies **** store. It was advertised as brand new, unused and UNLOCKED phone. I checked 4 different times through the description that it was an unlocked phone that would work with my service carrier. I received the phone today and guess what.....this phone is in fact a locked phone. I contacted the seller a few times during the business hours letting them know. I also called the number they provided in several different places in their contact information and that number was for a call center that tried to get me to give them a credit card number because I won a ******* gift card. I hung up and called again thinking maybe I had misdialed, this time the call center stated that I had reached a place to make sports bets and that my winnings would be doubled if I gave them a credit card. I called again and this time got an actual person who immediately hung up on me when I stated I was calling about a phone I purchased from them from their **** store. I am a single mother with two children and I don't have money to just throw away on scam phones. I am beyond upset with this company.Business Response

I purchased an iPhone from them as an early birthday gift to myself and because my previous iPhone's screen was messed up, I just decided to upgrade. I got the phone promptly and everything was as advertised as it should be-- mind you, I purchased a 512 GB 14 Pro *** in Silver in excellent condition. According to my carrier, after switching my esim to my "new phone" it claims its a 256 14 Pro *** in Space Black. I also decided to dig deeper and found the model number was also different and the model number is the one for the space black iPhone I mentioned. I did even MORE digging and found out that on the Apple website, it states that this phone was activated in ****. Lastly, upon checking reviews on the BBB, it turns out, that someone else also purchased from this company and said that upon taking the phone to Apple, it turns out fraudulent changes to the phone were made, which is why it shows **** when checking the warranty. This means the phone that I purchased for over $1K, is a fraudulent device and if this phone is also stolen, I would expect the phone to stop working in the next few months and I will have to switch back to my previous phone. I don't know what these people are doing, but to be sold a phone that had fraudulent changes made, as well as possibly being stolen for the amount of money I spent, no matter if the phone is in excellent condition or not is fraud. I bought this phone because it was a good deal, and now, I am possibly stuck with it unless I get a refund to buy from elsewhere. On top of that, there's this weird static on every single phone call that was not present on my previous phone and a friend of mine also said that there's also a loud buzzing sound that happens for a second. Probably because Amazing Wireless has made unauthorized changes to the phone.Business Response

On Nov 04,2023 I ordered an iphone 13 pro *** 512 gb silver on **** order **************. I decided I did not want the item anymore. I shipped back the wrong package and label by accident then the seller did not receive the item. My **** account was suspended and I could not communicate with the seller and the return case was automatically closed. I contacted **** but they told me they could not re-open the case or my account and to create a NEW **** account to talk directly with the seller for a resolution. I spoke with the seller and they agreed to let me re-return the correct item and package with the address given but I had to send my own label as **** could not generate one. Seller confirms that they received the item as shown in conversation, but cannot manually refund because the dispute is not officially closed even though *********** has already rebilled me and closed case. Seller owes a refund for the item received but the option doesnt appear on ****. I called **** and they confirmed that the seller does not have an option to refund appearing because the dispute with *********** has not been closed. I tried to resolve with the seller/merchant but there seems to be an error in the system saying dispute is not closed even though *********** has considered the case closed and **** has not been very helpful. **** tracking ********************** was delivered to merchant in conversation they received and confirmed that they have the item. Return policy states that can be returned with 60 days and I did in fact do that within the time frame. There is an issue with the dispute and **** return not allowing seller to manually refund because of the dispute being open. History has been opened since Nov 17th, 2023. I am afraid if case officially closes then seller will not refund as they have the device AND the funds. ****** keeps making excuse that dispute open that there is no option to refund. I am rejecting this response because: complaint has not been resolved. ******** received returned item but still has not issued refund. Dispute case has already been closed, so merchant should be able to issue refund. Attaching document showing "we considered this case to be closed" since January 4th. **** was denied because they only looked at that original transaction but not the one with myself and the merchant speaking directly onto different account. I did call paypal and they said the finance institution will respond by Jan 31st. I just want my refund for the returned item that was promised.Business Response

Thanks for the information, The payment dispute according to **** is still not closed.
So i have reached to the **** team and they said it can be closed early if customer can reach out to their bank and close the dispute.
Ebay itself can not close this dispute
It was filed on Nov 22 so it will be closed by your bank very soon as it has been already 8 weeks.
The dispute was opened from yourside, freezing the funds for **** and us so it can only be released once the dispute gets resolved.

I purchased a ******* new and unlocked A53 5g January 11, 2023 from Amazing-wireless on ***** I have been able to use this phone with my carrier for 7 months when the phone would not receive calls or text messages. I contacted my carrier ******** to see if they were able to help me to get back the use of the phone. They put a new sim card in, but the phone wouldn't recognize it. Checking further they told me the phone was reported stolen and put on the blacklist. It won't work with any carrier. I contacted Amazing-wireless and they refused to help me saying that the phone was out of their return warranty. The phone has a one year warranty with *******, but when I contacted ******* they told me they can't fix it because it is on the blacklist. So I have a stolen phone and Amazing-wireless has my $300. I am rejecting this response because: I purchased a ******* Galaxy A53g from Amazing-wireless in January 11, 2023. The phone was listed as new and unlocked. The phone has been working fine up until August 25, 2023. The phone will not recognize any sim card. I took the phone to my carrier, ******** and they put a new sim chip in it, but it would not recognize it either. ******** told me the phone was listed as lost/stolen and on blacklist. I contacted amazing-wireless and they refused to help. PRODUCT IS GALAXY A53 5G IMEI number is ***************; Serial number *********** ******* WARRANTY EXPIRES JANUARY 11,2024 and ******* is listed as original owner on ******* warranty. I contacted ******* by email for help to get the phone ublocked off the blacklist and received a reply. I am being told after their research that the phone "shows in ******* database as never received into their inventory " so they believe it was stolen before making its way to amazing-wireless, as it is no longer registered in *******s system. ******* would like to help me but at this point they are limited since the phone was never in their possession. To reiterate I did not receive what I was promised when I signed the contract. I agreed to be trained by *************************** for 6 months. It turned out that he went on vacation for two weeks. I was not allowed to freeze my account. Before he left and after he returned he had multiple no shows. I went through 4 trainers total. The second trainer was verbally abusive. The third trainer was at another location because no one was available to train me at Derricks location. That trainer was terminated (Zamir) in *************** on Federal Highway. It turns out that ******* at the Sunrise location was a trainer manager so he never logged in my appointments and was supposed to be training which I believe is why he felt it was ok to not show up sometimes. This was so wrong. Then, the 4th trainer at 10th St. In *************** did not offer what I was asking for and was wasting my time after 3 sessions. Please refund the prorated amount for the 10 remaining sessions. Cancel my LA Fitness membership and the training. No one should ever have to go through this. Please tell your training managers to sell training for the trainers and not offer to train people themselves if they cant or are not allowed to. Thank you.

I purchased a ******* Galaxy 21 5G phone, unlocked, in July 2022. I paid $536.54. for it. The receipt is attached.Unfortunately, it is a Sprint phone. It worked with ******* for approximately 6 months. Since January 2023, it has not accepted incoming or made outgoing calls. ******* is unable to get it activated. ******** (which bought out Sprint) is unable to get it activated.Amazing Wireless told me that since the problem with the phone happened after the 60-day return period, they won't help me with it.My position is that they shouldn't have sold me a Sprint phone which became obsolete within six months. I expected that this phone would be good for at least two years. The phone is unlocked. It appeared to be new in the box when I purchased it, but when I went to ******* to set it up, they immediately noticed it was a Sprint phone. It couldn't be activated, yet it worked for about six months before it stopped making and accepting calls. Both ******* and ******** technicians have told me this is because it is a Sprint phone.

Sprint brand was discontinued in August 2020, almost two years before I purchased the Sprint phone.
Verizon tech tried switching SIM cards for me and it didn't work. He told me to go to ******** to see if they could help.
Sprint phones used CDMA network, which was shut down January 1, 2023, the exact time when my phone stopped making/accepting calls. The technician at ******** told me that that's why he couldn't make my phone work.

iphone 12 purchased on Dec 3, 2022 through ebay for $614.79. Phone has ceased operating in obvious mechanical error, no damage was caused to the phone by buyer. Phone is under warranty and can be returned until February 7, 2023 per purchase agreement. Business was contacted via ebay messaging and refuses to honor warranty. Business was called on January 9 2023 and employee "Alan" was confrontational and verbally abusive and further refuses to provide refund. Order number **-*****-*****. Furthermore, the phone was examined by an Apple dealer who indicated that fraudulent changes were made to the phone's codes which changed the warranty date to the year 1978-before cell phones existed.Business Response
