      They charged my prepaid **** credit card for $300 of product I ordered. Two weeks later they emailed me to tell me they still havent shipped my order and are canceling it due to low stock. I emailed them to advise that a prepaid **** wont allow them to credit my money back and asked for alternate refund options. They told me I had no other option and to contact ****. I contacted **** and they advised the credit was initially submitted but then canceled by the vendor so I need to go back to lean bean for refund options. I have been emailing and getting auto replies telling me I would get a response in ***** hours, I got no further response at all! I was forced to open a claim with **** and it will now take an additional 90 days to get my money back. All in all, I am out $300 for a period of four months with no reply or care given by *************.

      I purchased a complete bundle on 3/15/23. The company advertises a money back guarantee on their website if you purchase this package. After the taking the supplements for a few days, I started experiencing unpleasant side effects. I emailed the company on 4/22/23 asking how I could return the product for the refund. I did not receive a response from them. I sent another email on 5/1/23 with the same result. This is not only horrible customer service but also false advertising.
