    The company has refused me service because of a private complaint made about the quality of work. They are refusing to refund my store credit.

    I was unaware of any issues with *******************. From the information I gathered ******************* came to sell some of her items she agreed to our store policy of receiving store credit if they did not return the same day. When she did not return she was cashed out for store credit (per our policy). I see from her letter she wants a refund we do not have a way to refund her the items that we bought from her are on the floor and some have sold. If she is wanting just ***** dollars in cash that is not a problem. Please let me know what she would like to do.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution of receiving my store credit as a cash refund is satisfactory to me. I believe it is $23 and some change. I spoke to someone, who I was led to believe was the owner, over the phone on July 1st. During that discussion I informed them that I took store credit voluntarily after overhearing the employee saying  that they were short on cash. My reason for asking for a refund was because I was denied service. If it was not in fact the owner that I spoke with I would be happy to clear up any other misunderstandings if they choose to.
