      I placed an order with Glitzy Girlz boutique on April 4th, 2024 and have yet to receive the items. I have reached out to customer service via email with no response and I've also tried all phone numbers listed for them, but none of them work. On April 16th, the company made an announcement on ******** that they are closing and then the items were finally marked as in pre-shipment status on April 17th, but have yet to move from that location. I'm either wanting my items delivered or issued a refund for them. I can't even request a refund or to cancel the order because there is no one to speak to.

      Placed an order the first of April and have not received item. Have tried contacting the business many times and they will not respond.

      I have tried to call them and email them again with no response.  Checked the tracking info and the package was never delivered to post office.

      Received a order today from them....they sent wrong item. Have emailed them about this and have received no response.

      I didn't order anything from this establishment. I was going through spine surgery. I have 3 months of debits from my checking account iao $29.97 each. I don't know how this was authorized. I'm not overweight. So no plus clothes have been ordered. I don't have Anything monthly coming to me.

      This business kept my debit card information and keeps trying to charge my card *****. I left a review about the problem. The company says they do not keep the customers card information but this isn't the truth because I have my bank statements showing that the continuously trying to charge me ***** and my bank declined them 3 times since purchasing the product from the company. But they did get through onetime and cause me to dispute the charge with my bank. They tried to charge my card again 3/23/24 again for ***** .

      I placed an order on October 21, 2023. I received it on November 13, 2023. Order number ******. I was charged for the back street rust and cream denim jacket and never received this item. I have called multiple times, emailed multiple times, and messaged their business ******** page to no avail. They are not responding. I am just waiting a refund for the missing item.

      I placed 2 orders on October 8th. One I received November 2nd. One of the orders has not been shipped, order #******. I have reached out 3 times since my first e-mail to them. The first e-mail was a generic response about how busy they are. I want to know what is going on with my order and they refuse to e-mail me back or answer their phone. They require a minimum of 14 days to process during high sale time and it has been over 4 weeks. My card has already been charged for the items and I dont want any out of stock excuses. I want to know when my order will be shipped. If you run a business, reply to e-mails and answer the phone. I want a response of when it will be shipped and not just an excuse that they are busy and to just wait.

      I have recently placed 2 orders with this business. The first one took a few weeks to go and then I was dumb and I placed another order October 2, 2023, still as of November 6, 2023 I have yet to receive it and or hardly any info from the seller. They keep saying they are working on orders but yet wont communicate with customers! They refuse to refund payment or to cancel any orders. Never again will I do business with them!

      I placed an order on October 6th for $121.97. The website advertised quick shipping. Its been 28 days and my order still has not shipped. I have emailed customer service multiple times and finally received a response today that they will not cancel my order. They stated they cannot cancel an order that has already been processed, but nothing has been processed. I still am out the money with no product in return..Since placing my order and numerous others placing orders, they have shut their website down and refusing to answer any questions. There is a whole ************** of people that have been scammed by this company at this point.

      Placed an order on Oct 7th, still has not shipped. I've asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded and I have contacted and opened a dispute with the company I paid through (Sezzle). They will not respond to emails, or either they respond a week later. I've seen this has happened to multiple people. I just want my order refunded and cancelled, I ordered on the 7th so that I could have the items for a trip I was going on in 13 days.

      I have not heard from them. I did get my money refunded by ****** who I paid through. But they were also never able to get in touch with them either.
