This is an insane way to do business. This company automatically opst you in to a v I p club that does absolutely nothing. They charge U ***** per month every month. In perpetuity until you cancel. The trick is they use fine print during your order process for a small item.... to opt you IN to a VIP club that you want no part of. you should never have to be automatically opted INTO something. So this company takes your money until you notice. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. FRAUDULENT. *****They did offer and they did refund half of the VIP payments that were made, but that is a small drop in the bucket. Considering what they still received for an item that was less than twenty dollars.Initial Complaint

I purchased an eyebrow stamp kit and since ordering they have continually removed a monthly fee from my account. When I first contacted the company they said they had no record of it and that they would escalate the situation into to get me a resolution. After a week, I still did not get a response. I called the number that is connected to the charge and it is a 3rd party company that told me that I ordered an eyebrow stamp kit and was enrolled in a monthly subscription to get discounts. I asked for a refund because I did not sign up for a subscription. They said they could cancel further subscriptions and only refund me the last month. I asked them to send me a copy of the signed forms saying that I agreed to the charge. They said they could not because they were a 3rd party. I asked for a contact number for the company and I was told no and they could not help me any further and hung up.Initial Complaint

I have never bought anything from My Glitzy **************. This company has stolen my debit card information. On December 3rd, I received an unauthorized charge on my debit card for $13.94. After that, several transactions has been attempted every 5 days for $29.97. I have tried to contact this company for a refund and to remove my information to no avail. I want my money back! On Dec. 15, 2024, I ordered "hair growth" totaling $13.94. It has NOT arrived. On Sunday, Jan. 19, 2025, I noticed ANOTHER amount totaling $29.97 to be withdrawn (by the same company) GO GLITSY GIRLS, which I DID NOT ORDER NOR DID I AUTHORIZE the $29.97!!!!I immediately phoned GO GLITSY GIRLS customer service at ************ on Jan. 19. 2025 and reported my two complaints. The customer representative was very rude and impolite. He continued to speak over me on the phone. He suggested that I talk with one of his supervisors while I waited on the phone. Within several seconds, the angry representative had an answer.He returned stating that the $13.94 item would be delivered between Jan ***** and the other complaint of the unauthorized $29.97 would be refunded to my bank account in 10 days. I asked what happened to the supervisor and he stated that the supervisor was unavailable. He remained arrogant and had no explanation nor did he offer any apologies for their actions. I was NOT satisfied and I was tired of more LIES from GO GLITSY GIRLS so I immediately texted the phone number and reminded the representative that I wanted to cancel the $13.94 order because it had not arrived since I ordered it on Dec. 15, 2024 - Refund my money!!!In that same text, I also informed the representative that the company was NOT authorized to be paid $29.97 from my bank account because I had NOT ordered anything else. Also, I was going to report them so that they would be held responsible for their unauthorized (thievery) actions.I will NEVER use this company again!!!! They have used 3 different company names that I have researched and found to be: (1.) go glitzy girls (2.) GO GLITZY GIRLS and (3.) Good morning BBB,
Thank you for the quick response to my complaint.
After I texted the company, with both my concerns of the $13.94 and the unauthorized $29.97, they did refund the $13.94. However, my bank did "temporarily" refunded the $29.97.....just until my bank can investigate the situation. So, at this time, I am awaiting updates from the BBB and from my bank.

The first complaint of $13.94 does have updates............My bank did "temporarily" refund this amount pending further investigation. Furthermore, I told a Glitzy Girls representative that I DID NOT want the product because I had waited so long for it to arrive. Approximately 7 weeks later, it did arrive on Jan.23, 2025. They mailed it anyway!!!
The following morning, Friday Jan 24, 2025, I immediately mailed the identical package (from *****, ****) BACK to the same address on the label which was: SHIPPING CENTER - ********************************************************************; 77478. I then went to the my ***** ***** *********** and had the post office receipt (with the tracking number) faxed from the Bank to Chase ********* *********** Update completed.

I purchased a new hair growth product from Glitzy Chic through ********. I made this transaction on December 26, 2024. The amount was $13.97. It was suppose to be a buy one get one sale. I was suppose to receive this order of this amazing hair growth product. I have been calling and email trying to contact someone in reference to this purchase with no results. I have NEVER purchased anything from this company nor am I plus size. This company Freudianly took my debit card information and has been charging me $29.97 per month. I have reached out numerous times and sent out emails. They can say all they want that they don't keep debit card information on file but they clearly do. I have emailed and called but never get a response. I have tried to report this to my bank but they told me I will have to get a new card which I don't want to do for one stupid charge considering I have other valid charges that come out. They need to fix this!! Clearly, I am not the only one going through this. Also, the charges route to their location in *******.
