    When I went to bring the trash can back to the house, it had a note on it saying," Place your trash can out at the road the night before." When I called TRASHY BUSINESS that time, the office personnel lady was extremely rude to the point I asked her to speak to her supervisor. She advised that I should place a bungy cord on the top of the trash can, and if animals did still get into the trash, then the trash pickup employees would scoop up the trash immediately around the trash can, but not the debris that has blown away. Well on the night of November 27, 2022, I placed my trash can on the roadway as requested with a bungee cord affixed to the top. When I got back home, my trash had been dumped but there was trash everywhere! I called TRASHY BUSINESS again at 8:52 am on November 28,2022. She told me that picking up the trash on the ground is not in the trash pickup employee's job description. I said then why did your supervisor tell me that they would then. She immediately transferred me to her supervisor. I advised the supervisor of the same situation as previously stated in a calm manner. She also told me they would not pick up the trash on the ground and again told me it was not in the trash pickup employee's job description to pick up the trash on the ground. I asked why I was being told different things, and why they did not do as she had previously advised. Now mind you, I was in the car traveling at that time and I am hard of hearing, and most people who know me know that I talk loud anyways, not to mention having to talk over road noise. The supervisor then advised me in a very rude voice saying," Do not yell at me!" then hung up the phone. Now keep in mind I was talking at the same volume the entire phone call, but since I had an irritated voice of concern, and called them out on what they had previously stated, then they did not perform those actions, she hung up the phone. So, this must be one of the worst customer service situations I have ever been in.
