  11/24/21 purchase, I am not sure which address to send this complaint to as they have multiple addresses up here. I purchased 3 bundles of raw cambodian curly wave hair and the hair does not look like the advertisement. One bundle looks stringy, I am not sure this is human hair, its definitely not raw and it doesn't seem like it came off of anyone's head. I want a refund this hair is not luxury and I would not have purchased it knowing the hair looked like this horrible hair they sent me. They do false advertisement and promote that their hair is human and has a certain curl pattern and the hair they sent me does not look like their add. I did submit a complaint earlier today and your org can combine the complaints. Refund

  Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/09) */ This customer initially reached out to us regarding a dislike of her hair due to an image on instagram and the bundles she received did not look exactly like this.As stated under this textures description it explains that this texture will have waves that form into beautiful ringlets.We provided this customer with steps on what to do to maintain this texture,provided videos of this texture to help assist her with care, expectations and most importantly how she can achieve more pronounced curls that she viewed on instagram. She then declined to wanting to try and co wash the hair,as we recommend to do always upon arrival.she requested reimbursement due to her feeling that one bundle was not up to par.We then contacted the customer and explained that to have pronounced curls just like with our own natural hair it is not uncommon to diffuse your hair and use moisturizing conditioner to have them big and fluffy as seen on an instagram model. The customer agreed and understood.We offered to exchange the one bundle that she was having some concerns about for a more curlier bundle. At this time we are waiting to receive this bundle and we are more than happy to assist our customer with an exchange.

  My order # is XXXXXX ordered 10/17/2021 total 794.00 I received my package on October 19 2021 at 11: 30 by fed ex . I notified yummy extension by phone and by email included (rep name is ***** ) of my request to be refunded or be provided the product ordered in new condition as ordered . Upon inspection I received a used dirty wig that been cut in several places The combs are broken. the pink stitching that holds the combs is dirty smells of sweat. the wig clasp on the band are broken. The lace has been cut from the wig. The wig unit Can visibly be seen as worn styled etc and smells like body odor and not in new condition as ordered . The wig unit cannot be used for the intended purpose I am requesting and expect immediate remedy to this issue. I have never in my life seen such a despicable and horrendous wig unit. Awaiting a response from customer service.

  Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/22) */ Customer contacted us regarding her unit stating that she was dissatisfied with her purchase. We sent her a follow up email stating for her to summit images so we can further assist her with this matter. The customer requested a refund or to be provided with a new unit, which we was and still are willing and happy to provide her with.
