    I booked dog boarding from 02Jun-05Jun with a basic dog bath to be given on 05Jun before pick up so dog could be clean. Pet was given to me wet with urine and f**** and I was given an apology because the basic bath was not given, the owner didnt know why. In addition, the dog was bitten on the left ear and one canine went all the way through. He hasnt been eating since I picked him up on 05Jun, continues vomiting and has non stop diarrhea. I was told I would be refunded the value of the basic bath only and not the full stay. Im sure some other pet owners have had a great experience at Bliss, unfortunately that was not the case for us.
