  The entire team at Envision has been nothing short of amazing. Always completely transparent and extremely knowledgable. Wish I would have found this company sooner!

  Take caution when using this roofing company. They were contracted by my insurance company to complete repairs caused by a hailstorm. One of the areas that was to be repaired was the pergola which sustained damage during the storm. Envision sent one of their sub-contractors to my home to power wash the pergola and in doing so, further damaged the pergola. Several slats (nearly 1/3 of the pergola) from the top of the pergola were removed and placed in my driveway. They then suggested to me that the pergola go from a repair project to a replacement project. After failing to find a reliable sub-contractor (the first one that they sent to my home was convicted of insurance fraud and the second simply never showed up to complete the job), Envision contacted me saying that the job was out of their scope and that I would need to find a new contractor. I advised them about the debris and asked that they remove it as soon as possible. Months have passed and there is still debris in my driveway. Envision is now saying that their sub-contractor never worked on my pergola and is refusing to pick up the debris which is now catching the attention of my HOA. I have provided proof that it was indeed their sub-contractor, but they are still claiming that it was not them. (Note: Envision was the ONLY contractor that was used for any of these repairs). In the end, I will have to find someone to collect the debris and incur any fees to do so at my own expense. As noted earlier, use caution when selecting this contractor as they make many promises but ultimately are not able to deliver on them.

  Thank you for reviewing our company Mr *********. However, the review you left does not match up to our communications with you, which was in both written and verbal form. Our contract that you signed does not include any work on your pergola. You asked us to see if your insurance company would cover washing and staining your pergola, which we did and your insurance approved it. After the approval by your insurance company you told us that you did not want to repair and stain your pergola again in a year or two for the price quoted and to get you a price to replace the entire pergola. You are correct in that one of the Pergola companies we sent out for an estimate was just convicted of insurance fraud. The moment we found out about this we would not let them come back on your property, and we would never put someone of a convicted crime on any of our customers properties. They had only provided an estimate at that point. Since we could not find another sub-contractor of quality, to remove and replace your pergola, we mentioned to you that you would need to find a pergola company yourself, which you acknowledged in a 10/19 email thread. We then proceeded with our close out of our contracted work, which you even mentioned you were very happy with. We did not create a change order / contract for us to touch your pergola. We are very sorry that you are upset, but the only thing we did to your pergola was take pictures and submit them to your insurance company on your behalf.

  This statement that Envision made about not doing anything to my pergola is patently false. They sent a contractor to my home to power wash it in preparation for restaining. It was this contractor that removed several pieces of the pergola (which were subsequently left in a debris pile in my driveway and never collected) and advised me that the pergola should be rebuilt instead of being repaired. I agreed with Envision on this at which point they began their search for a contractor to do the work. As noted in my review, it was two (not one) pergola contractors that they then sent out to measure my pergola before Envision decided that they could not do the work. Further, I never mentioned that I was happy with the work which is why I never signed the certificate of satisfaction that was sent by the insurance company (numerous email records document this). On the contrary, working with Envision was a bit of a nightmare. From incomplete work to failure to show up when scheduled to confusing my job with another, Envision repeatedly showed a lack of professionalism.

  Envision Roofing and Construction is a great company to do business with! They are prompt and timely with their service when it comes to scheduling. As far as workmanship they just cannot be beat, and they took extra precautions, so we didn't have to worry about anything getting into our pool. They made sure the yard was cleaner than they found it. I would recommend them over any other roofing company in the Metro area.
  Daryl was the Senior Advisor we worked with, he's honest and reliable. Daryl worked with my insurance company and took the time to explain the scope of work document that I received from the insurance company and addressed any questions or concerns that we had. I could not be more satisfied with the support and ultimately the service that was provided. I highly recommend Envision Roofing. When that next Storm comes through, and you have questions about the status of your roof call this Five Star company first!
