      It has been over a MONTH and I have not received my check for the accident caused by a driver insured with UAIG. My claim #XXXXXXXXXX. After my adjuster CHARLES HIBBERT said my check should be in the mail this weekend, I called when I did not receive it just for him to say that it was rejected because they need to speak to there insured member to get a statement. When the accident happened the police arrived on the site and declared that UAIG insured member was at fault. During that time the police got a statement from the member where he also admitted to being at fault. I have submitted all required documents, and tried to call the supervisor but no one has answered the call. This is beyond unreasonable, I am 9 months pregnant this is extremely difficult, as the car is my only means for transportation. $30 a day rental, when the average for car rentals is $90 a day in my area, and they have not paid that portion either. I will be contacting the Texas department of insurance.

      paid for car insurance full coverage ..car was stolen and vandelized.. filed police report all in houston texas ..they have been dragging feet for over 4 months now ..the car repair place has been calling as have i they r playing games ,,,my air conditioning is broke my reverse camera screen and radio gps all not working and they dont return calls ..PLEASE HELP 911 have conyract to send attached.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We have the duty to indemnify. Our estimate was written to repair all visible damage that occurred in this loss. As is industry standard procedure, the vehicle owner selects the repair shop. The representatives at the shop conduct the repair off of the insurance company's estimate. If additional related damage is found during the repair, the shop representatives simply call us (or access our online claims portal) for a supplemental estimate. We have even provided Mr. ***** with "mechanical damages" procedure letter. Once the complainant authorizes the repair facility of his choice to perform a diagnostic exam of the alleged mechanical damage, if the alleged damage is determined loss related, it will certainly be covered under the complainant's insurance policy.
