I used the KFC app to place an order for a meal. I entered my address correctly which is in ***********, **. I kept moving throughout the app trying to decide what I wanted and to find what I could order that was in my tight budget. It is very important for me to say that I had just been released from the hospital and getting this meal was VERY important (or any meal).At some point when I was navigating the app, it switched my delivery location to the same street and house number in ********, which is 194 miles away. I noticed the street address said ********************* we have a ******************************, too!About 16 minutes after I ordered, I realized that the app had autopopulated my address as ******** instead of ***********! I immediately began attempting to cancel the order so I could reorder at the correct store.The first few attempts KFC app help assistant gave me canned answers. KFC uses DoorDash delivery. I tried to reach out to the driver to tell them not to pick up the order... That failed. I tried to call that store 4 tjmes.. no one answered. I went back to the app multiple times and it FINALLY gave me the option to talk to a live agent.The live agent couldn't grasp what happened the first two times I explained it. She eventually told me that once the order is sent to the store there's nothing they can do. The order had NOT been picked up by the delivery driver at that time. I told her that I just needed the order canceled and sent to a KFC store in the correct city.She then proceed to tell me "that's why it asks you to confirm the address" - I had, many times! At the upper left corner of my screen it said ***************** Ave .. After having previously selected ***********, ** in the app, I presumed it would stay that way until I changed it. Then the Door Dash driver marked it delivered instead of canceling it.I'm diabetic and I spent EVERY ***** I had on that food order to make multiple meals from. This isn't acceptable.Please refund.Customer Answer

I ordered food for pick-up on November 14, 2024. I placed the order online. I went to the store to pick up the food, it was not ready at the designated time given to me from the website. I was told it would be another 25 minutes and they were out of the extra crispy chicken I ordered. I requested a refund/credit to my card. The manager said they could not do that there...I had to go online. I returned home and tried to cancel via online, but there was no option to do so. I submitted a request via email to their corporate office. They denied my request for a refund.Initial Complaint

My vehicle was damaged by rebar on the ******************** I call they say "we know it's been a long time but our legal team will contact you" it's been over month with no call. I walk in the place and the Manager goes in the back and ignores me. I am filing magastrate soon. I guess they want me to give up or file. This is not fair. My car was damaged bad. Today 4/19 I visited the KFC on **************** in *********. I paid for my meal via Apple Pay. The cashier let me know that my receipt did not print so I would have to pay again. I checked my bank and noticed that I had in fact paid and checked my Apple Pay wallet and the transaction had gone through. A gentleman came to the window and stated that I would still have to pay again if I wanted my food. I asked to speak to the district manager, and a very rude lady named ***** was the one that talked to me. She stated it was not her problem if the transaction had gone thru on my end, that apparently on their end it hadnt. I asked her why I would have to pay again if clearly the money had been deducted from my account. I asked her what if I didnt have the money to pay again, what would I be able to do? She said she did not care that it was not her problem. I let her know I would report her to corporate if she did not refund me, and she said I could call whoever I wanted to call. Very rude customer service, and on top of that they stole $8.97 from me.Business Response
