This company is completely dishonest to the fullest. Since starting service with this company my experience has been awful. I have had 4 to 5 Techs come to my house to fix the issues I was having with the cameras; to only still have the same issues still exist ( not showing footage properly, missing footage, not recording properly). ( What is the point of paying for security, when there is none). I have contacted this company as well as ADT on several occasions concerning this matter. Nothing happens. I also advised ************ I would like to cancel my contract due to all the issues I am having with the camera systems. Revamp Security will not release me from the contract stating i had to pay 75% to be released. I was told by a Tech that came to my house to fix the camera issues that both the companies have a 6 month money back guarantee if you were experiencing problems with the equipment they will release you from your contract and refund you.(Also posted online)According to *******; Techs do not have the right to say that to customers. Showing Good faith is not what this company does at all. ****** stated that this policy does not apply to me because I have not had 3 techs come out for the camera issue ( faulty equipment), ******* also states this policy do not apply to me due to everytime a tech came out it was for dead cameras. Not true at all several calls were made to both companies about the faulty equipment. All conversations should be documented. I spoke with a ADT Rep 9/7/2023 she even stated that Revamped Security should fix the problem and its not right on what they are doing. I am disgusted. The owner should be a shame on how his/her business is being conducted. Revamped offered to have someone to come out soon after I was told they would not release me from the contract. Just knowledge that this Company has a dishonest reputation. I have proof in emails on how many techs come to my house over the same issue. (Faulty equipment).Revamped Home Security

We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.First and foremost, please know that we are committed to addressing and resolving the issues you've raised. After reviewing the notes on your account, here is what I found. Approximately 2 months after the installation, on 4/15/2023 the panel lost wifi (resolved over the phone). On 4/17/2023, the cameras fell offline (4/18/2023 technician when onsite to reconnect cameras to the wifi). In my professional opinion, when you see the same issue like this with different devices, it is safe to say that the issue is not a device issue. The problem was the internet and unfortunately we have no control over the internet. Problems like this can happen after resetting the internet router, changing the password, getting a different internet provider etc. The technician noted that you had changed your internet provider.On 7/28/2023, you called in because your cameras were not working. On 8/5/2023, we sent out ************** to repair the problem. The technician noted that the cameras were dead because the battery had died. The doorbell camera is a battery operated camera and will need to be recharged. This camera will give you a notice that the camera is low on power and requires charging. The outdoor camera had the same issue. This camera is also battery powered and requires charging. At the time of installation it is noted by the technician that there was no attic access to reach power for the camera. Other installation locations were offered so that we could reach power but you selected the location without power. ************* was activated.Technicians last service note:(***) Technician 8/5/2023 2:43 PM Service complete: (Y/N) yes Service issue: customer camera went dead Service Resolution: showed customer how to take off doorbell and charge it and put it back on Camera signal strength: great Internet Signal Strength great Upload Mbps:Download Mbps:Noteworthy: customer doesnt have a wired doorbell so she will have to charge it and garage camera as well. Where camera is located no attic access and no garage access. The inside of the house was remodeled. Everything is working and charged. Beware! This company is dishonest. There is a reason they have horrible reviews all of their employees are commission based and they have to try and sell u nonsense just to earn a paycheck.Revamped Home Security

Mr. *****,I am very proud of the company we have and I am sorry this has been your experience with us. We have over ****** customers and less than 8 negative BBB reviews (That i'm aware of). We do not use contractors and our employees are given a salary plus commission with PTO/STO, health, dental, vision and a 401k match. Even with these benefits, it does not mean things will always go right. We understand this and strive to resolve problems in a timely manner. Thank you for your review. This company is nothing but a scammer! They say one thing and do the opposite!!! Do not get ADT revamp!!!!! They're cameras have been giving me problems but their excuse is it's my "internet" but everything else in my home works! They also keep threatening me with 75% to get out of contract after they said it was 6months guarantee money back within the 6months. THATS A LIE!!! Don't fall for their BS!!!!! Oh and I was told i wasn't in contract per Joshua Carroll but he LIE about all that! Chris the "tech/manager" WAS extremely pushy and RUDE to my husband. We request to Joshua and Chris that we didn't want to proceed with revamp after the installation but Chris's excuse was sorry the boxes in which the cameras and security system came in were thrown in the trash and he can't help us anymore. Pathetic excuse!!!! D O N O T get REVAMP!!!! Oh they also renew your contract without your permission! Per the person I spoke with earlier! Be aware of that!!!Revamped Home Security

We've been trying to work with you because your TMobile hotspot is not ideal for having streaming cloud cameras because it's not stable. We were told that was your temporary solution until having normal hardwired internet. You had also agreed to downgrading the package until you had actual internet. ****** has been with us a long time and are certain he did not say there was not a contract, and the contract was also signed twice. Since it's a standard 36 month agreement there is nothing to auto renew, and ADT is almost the only company that does not auto renew contracts at the end of the term and it goes month to month. ADT cannot simply honor the 6 month money back guarantee when it's not the equipment but rather a hotspot.
I did a quick search and saw that Suddenlink offers 100mb internet for only $29.99/month for your house. If you go with that we guarantee the cameras will function exactly how they should.Deysi A.

Correct yourself . I DID NOT agree to down grade my package . And I can Reassure ****** did say it was not a contract! You're tech are nothing but LIARS! I have recordings of their tech stating that my cameras should not be doing that and that it's "weird" that's it's doing that. Of course they're going to blame my cameras. They don't want to loose money. I'm not the only ones that has complained about revamp/ADT!
Again, I did NOT agree to lower my package . I request so many times to get out of contract.
Also , they lied and said I wasn't with revamp anymore and transferred me to ADT. The sweet lady I spoke with said I was not with ADT but with revamp.Revamped Home Security

I'm sorry we will not have the resolution you are looking for, but if you go with Suddenlink's lowest package for $30/month the cameras and everything else connected to the internet will work much better and function as designed. We're confident any other cloud cameras will have this issue on a hotspot as well. They just simply are not designed for that kind of bandwidth and constant recording.
