I canceled my account and they told me that they were going to return my money that was in my account but they haven't yet. Now they won't answer their phones. Plus they have me blocked to send emails.DebtBlue Response

They answer quickly when you want to start their program but when you want to cancel, they never answer the phone. They took their fee out of my bank account AFTER I requested it to be closed, then when I finally got through they said they'd give me a refund once the charge stopped pending. Days later, I am playing phone tag, get a hold of someone and they say that my account isn't found but I sure the proof of where they took out money out of my bank account!DebtBlue Response
