On 09/27/2021 a charge of $1.00 was made to my Debit Card and on 10/04/2021 a charge of $29.95 was made. These charges were not authorized by this writer. Requesting full refund to my Pay pal Account g*********/Robert N ******* St. I write this request based on an e-mail of 12/26/2019 that the Membership was cancelled. This being said, why did they charged my account without my permission. Your help is needed to get my refund for the false charges. Thank you. Robert N **********Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/26) */ This letter addresses the complaint filed by Robert N ********** against ScoreSense, a credit monitoring product owned and operated by One Technologies, LLC. Mr. ******* claims ScoreSense charged him without authorization. Robert N **********. first signed-up for ScoreSense on 12/07/2019, Member ID XXXXXXXX; as his membership remained active at the end of his 7-day free trial, he was charged on 12/14/2019. He called Customer Care on 12/26/2019 to cancel, stating he was never advised of the monthly membership fee and assumed service was free. Mr. ******* signed-up for ScoreSense again on 9/26/2021, Member ID XXXXXXXX; once enrollment was complete, he received and opened a Welcome email which verified his purchase and specified the date and time his paid membership would go into effect. Again, he was charged a membership fee at the end of his 7-day trial period on 10/03/2021. However, this time, instead of calling ScoreSense, he contacted the BBB, stating he had been charged without reason or agreement. In addition, he asked for reimbursement to his PayPal account, claiming his debit card had been cancelled. Despite his culpability, we are willing to reimburse Mr. ******** but only back to the original form of payment he submitted.
