    I got my hair and make up done for a wedding. I was dissatisfied and had to go home and completely redo my make up. It looked awful. I kindly reached out to ******, the employee who was the founder of this company, and the girl who did my make up. I have all of the email receipts. I let her know that I was not happy, and I apologized and asked if I could have a refund. She replied to me that I could get a partial refund as the service included her time. 20%. I was fine with the partial refund. After this, she ghosted me. I continued to call and email her. No responses. No refund. After multiple continued e-mail attempts, I finally started to get fake automatic replies from her on email that said she would be out of office on vacation for a month end. My friends called the office to try to book a pretend appointment, and confirmed that she was not going to be on vacation and she was available for services. We tried to email her on a different email and no automatic reply about vacation dates were sent. It confirmed they were fake. This business owner is lying and avoiding me and now refusing to give me the refund. Im pretty sure putting those automatic replies for just my email is illegal as I mentioned it is not happening with any other email address except for when I try to email her about my refund. I dont even need the full refund. I just want the partial refund that she agreed to provide to me in the gratuity that was provided. Total she owe me $65 for the 20% refund and the tip total. I just want my $65 out of the $225 I spent. Can you please help because this business owner is not helping me and I am just being ignored at this point. I have been very patient and understanding of the refund amount and I still feel like I am getting nowhere. Like Im not even demanding the full amount just what she had promised me I would get back. Please help. Thank you
