    Purchase agreement #******* Date dec 2008 Price ********* Hot tub with gazebo had a warranty on it but tell tell me they no longer in business wow you pay for service on a life time warranty and this happens what now need information

    Good Morning, 

    ************************* purchased a spa with gazebo in December 2008. The purchase price was $12,987.85. I have attached the Morgan Spa Warranty outlining the details of our warranty. As outlined in the warranty, it appears that her warranty is no longer valid. Even though we have been out of the spa business for 10 years, we are still able to refer our previous customers to spa technicians within their area, along with spa manuals, and websites for spa parts. I have sent her all this information via email. I have tried to call her multiple times. The first time it went straight to voicemail, and I left a message for her to return my call. I tried to call her a 2nd and 3rd time, and it goes straight to voicemail, but the voicemail is full. I would love to help her in any way I can, but I am not getting a response.

    I am rejecting this response because:   Have it been 10yrs no date on contract provided also if it have been past ten years who can I get to get some things done on the structure of the building/ not date shown on provided contract it say I have up to 10 yrs

    In response:************************* purchased her Cabana December 19, 2008, and had it Delivered March 7, 2009, which is well beyond the Warranty period. ******* Morgan (General Manager) and ********************************* (Assistant Manager) has made multiple attempts to contact ************************* regarding her Cabana. We will continue to reach out to settle the issue with her Cabana.
