I have been talking with a sales associate named ****** for over a week regarding a certain truck on their lot. I set an appointment for today, which is Monday at 4 oclock. I am over two hours away from this place. I confirmed my appointment the day before and even got a phone call from ****** confirming my appointment for today around 11:30. When I arrived, ****** was nowhere to be found so my son and I sat there and waited for about 25 minutes before another associate named **** came to help. **** was very pleasant. He gathered our information on the vehicle we were looking at, then got up and proceeded to go get the keys so we could take a look at it. He quickly came back and said I am so sorry but the vehicle has transmission issues and is no longer available for sale. Of course, I was not happy and asked to speak to a manager. The manager who was also disrespectful, said that theres nothing they could do. They just found out about 30 minutes ago, then shoved his foot in his mouth when he said it was having trouble Saturday whenever someone was test driving it so its up on the lift. Basically, they knew that the vehicle had issues and failed to let me know. He blamed it on the fact that the sales associate was only on the job for about a week and a half, which is ridiculous and just a poor sad excuse. Honestly, probably one of the most unprofessional and dishonest car dealerships Ive ever been to. By all means, you can go shop there if you want, but it is a complete waste of time and you should take your business elsewhere. They tried to diffuse the situation by offering me a tank of gas to get home, but after waiting another 25 minutes for someone to bring the gas key I decided just to leave. Just a heads up on my experience, this place is not worth it.
