1 starDon't use this dealership. They are not honest. Made an appointment to bring in my 2022 Wagoneer (also a very troubled model) at 7:30am on a Tuesday morning. Principal work needed was an oil change and the rear tailgate would not auto-shut. Never received an update call over the three days so I called three times myself, each time being told it was with a technician. Finally realized they were lying to me and I went and picked up the car on Thursday afternoon. The invoice says "not enough time to address the concern". Do not bring your car to this dealership and don't buy one of these over-priced Wagoneers.Review fromEnver I

1 starIve brought my 2020 Jeep Gladiator Overland here 11 times in less than 3 years. They wasted my warranty time with their cheap service and a lot of excuses. From their service advisor to the general manager, theyve pretended they have been doing everything they can, but the result is always against the customer. Now my regular warranty is over, my powertrain warranty is close to its end, and I am still trying to have my car fixed for the same oil leak problem that Ive had since Sept. 2020. It is not just their terrible technical service but also their unfulfilled promises. I paid for a special part, and they installed a lower-quality model. Although they accepted their mistake and promised to replace it with the correct part that I paid for, they never did and never repaid my money. They tell you that they have free loaners available when your car is being serviced, but they make you go to a car rental place and use your own credit card. They paid for my rental but once they somehow didnt and it took me months to get that money back. The thing that makes me angriest is that their technicians took my car multiple times to pick up their lunch from fast food drive throughs. One technician took my car and drove miles away to a bank, left my car unattended and running, and went into the bank for approximately 10 minutes. I am not surprised to hear that a ladys car was stolen while it was serviced at RICH. All the things Ive mentioned are from my personal experience with this terrible car service. I had my car serviced at RICH since I purchased it and as of now it only has ****** miles. My car is now at another authorized dealer/service, and I am fighting for my rights to have my car serviced without paying for the damage that wasnt fixed by RICH, despite numerous visits. I think they shouldnt be called RICH with this POOR quality of service.Review fromMichael A

1 starOur 2022 Jeep Renegade has been to this dealership 7 times now for the same repairs. It started just 2 months after bought the car. The issue is the dash warning lights, Seat belt not fastened, service parking brake, service air bag, Note that we did not buy the car at this dealership, but being a Jeep dealership and the car still within warranty it was carried here. Started out changing the seat belt sensor, alarms came back within a week. Have carried to them 7 times with various components changed out, to date have not resolved the issue. Not sure that the systems will work if an accident does occur, not to mention the constant chime of the seat belt not buckled alarm chiming all the time. The vehicle will be going out of warranty before too much longer and we are wits end for a solution. We have contacted lawyers of the Lemon Law processes and have sent letter to manufacture concerning these issues and waiting to hear back from them. Actually service at this dealership is not very customer friendly, (depending who you consult) and can take excessive time for repairs.Review fromMustafa A

1 starOn Saturday Dec 16, I went to buy a charger from them, trade In a 2019 corvette, long story short, Iyad the sales guy and I agreed on a price for the corvette and the charger, wen to me with **** in finance, talked about warranty and prices, rushed me through thie signatures, which I made a joke about it that he is ******* me before I change my mind, just to find out the next day that **** added 5k to the total amount without telling me. When I talk to him Monday he said that I signed of on the numbers, yes I did without paying attention, because I was stupid enough to think I'm dealing with man with integrity, and he told me I can't do anything about since ***** don't have a grace ******* once you drive off the dealership that's it you stuck with the car. What a con business, I guess they do that, if you catch it they will say sorry if you don't, then you toastReview fromTerra W

1 starIf you like to be ripped off then this is the place for you. I dropped my vehicle off for repairs. Communication is lacking unless you push for it. They will give you a long list of other expensive things not related to why you are there. They are also very high priced for repair costs and put added "misc" fees on your bill. I found a place $200 cheaper for the repairs but to move my car I was told I would owe $195 just for the diagnostic fee. I will never do business with them again.Review fromDonneshia P

1 starI signed paperwork for the car on July 11th and it was delivered to my home on July 13th by the salesman. I drove the car to work on July 14th and felt the front tires rubbing. My husband texted the salesman about the problem with no response. The car was parked in the garage on *****. On the 17th I drove the car to work and noticed that the driver side mirror was shaking making it as if the cars behind me we're jumping so I told my husband and again he reached out to the dealership. On 18th I drove the car to work again and on the way home I stopped by Academy to pick up my son a helmet for football and my 6 year old son stated to me " mom why does your new car smell like gas" my husband tried to contact the dealership again with no response. On the 19th I drove the car to work and around 2pm on my break I tried to start the car and it would not start. The car started shaking horribly and I called my husband to come the car out. When my husband arrived he tried to start the car and it wouldn't again. He contacted the dealership and he was told to get the car towed to the Nisaan dealership in ******** *****. So my husband called the wrecker that the dealership gave him to call and the wrecker came and picked of the car from my job. On the 20th my husband and I went to the ****** dealership we were told that it would go through a multi point inspection and they will have the results for us in ***** hours. On the 22nd the inspection was complete and the car had major issues Front passenger finder liner needs to be replaced. Passenger front strut is bent and subframe has impact damage and the specs were off. 4 wheel alignment. Vehicle read 3/4 full tank with no gas. Tech inspected the car and found that the fuel tank was hit from accident and possibly caused that damaged to fuel pump and level sensor is stuck reading 3/4 full when the car is empty. On the 24th my husband went to the dealership and asked for our ******** down payment back. That didn't happen.Review fromMang H

1 starI brought in my jeep wrangler 2020 on April 13th with a question of simple check up. I had SERV4x4 lit up on my dash, and I told them about the cigarettes lighter not working. Everything else was working as they should. I didn’t have any problems with the car itself, just brought it to the dealer for simple check up. When i picked it up on April 18, the car was showing check engine lights, and auto start stop light was on. The car had to be jumped start. And now the dealer won’t even pickup the phone, or they can’t even get me kn touch with the general manager. The dealer just denied they did something to the battery.Review fromGretchen L.

1 starNot even sure where to begin. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership back in July and separate from the purchase I also sold a car to the dealership. I currently didn't have a physical copy of the title for the vehicle so they stated they could get a replacement. About a month went by and I started making bi-weekly calls to figure out if they had received the title. I could NEVER get a response. I would get promises of calls back that would never happen. I finally after several months went in person and refused to leave until I got an answer. At this point I was told they haven't been able to get the title and can't get in contact with the ** DMV. I had been trying for months to get that answer. I ended up booking a trip home over Christmas to get a duplicate title in person. I dropped the title off January 6th 2023 and was told I would finally receive a check for the vehicle within a week. Upon going again today in person after not hearing anything I'm now being told the dealership doesn't even know where the title is currently and I won't be receiving the agreed upon amount of the vehicle we signed for. So now on top of this process and lack of communication on Richardson's end I will also need to be getting an attorney. Worst experience I've ever had and no accountability for the lack of communication from the dealership.Review fromMelissa R

1 starI honestly don't even know where to begin as there are so many red flags customers need to be aware of. My husband and I purchased a vehicle about 6 months ago. We purchased this vehicle in the process of moving to our new duty station as my husband is in the military. (They were all aware of). Weeks go by of not getting new tags and were told they still didn't have them in and would send then as soon as they were. At this point our temp tags are expired and get the run around on the new tags. Should have known something was up then, but we gave then the benefit of the doubt as we were in a completely different state by then. 4 months in they call saying there was a ****** issue and we needed to return the vehicle. They have had plenty of opportunity to make this right and to show they are really there for there customers . They wanted us to make the long drive back, they were not giving a full timeline, they rushed us and gave threats of charging mileage since we were not answering a call as if my husband doesn't have a job as well. Mind you the mileage scare tactic was sent via text. After much negotiation they finally said we could drop the vehicle somewhere closer to us. We delivered the vehicle as we said we would and now we just want what is owed to us. There is way more that they have said to show they are not a trustworthy company not worth your time and hard earned money. They are dragging their feet to send our money back. Putting me in a difficult position of not have a means to work. They have time to talk if we get another vehicle with them.Obviously we are not interested as the pattern they have shown is consistent with a dealership we would not want to deal with anymore. Again they have been given plenty of opportunity to make it right and have not. Do not give them your business. By the way it is very illegal to sell a vehicle without the title!!!Review fromAmine E

1 starI've bought a 21 Dodge Charger from them in march 2021. I took my vehicle in last week to get the front end look at as my front two tires have premature inside wear on the tires and due to the fact that I still have a vehicle warranty. I also purchased the wheel and tire warranty through the dealer. When I took my vehicle in they told me that my front struts and lower control arms are needing to be replaced and are covered under warranty. My vehicle only has ****** miles so I considered that to be odd. I was told my tire warranty would not be covered even though the vehicle front end parts damaged my tires. I was told since I did not have proof of ever doing an alignment and proof that I've never rotated my tires that it will not be covered. I picked up my vehicle today and was told that they had done an alignment on the vehicle due to the new front end parts. I work at an auto shop so when I read the ticket, no where on the ticket did it say anything about a vehicle alignment. When I asked the service advisor for proof I was told to just trust them and take their word for it even though it was not written on the ticket. I find that odd because since there is no record of an alignment I'm having to come out of pocket for tires since they could not warranty them. I purchased a newer vehicle to not have to worry about vehicle maintenance as much as an older vehicle. Service manager came out of his office with an attitude so as a store manager at a car care shop that was absolutely **** poor customer service. I will definitely not be coming back to this location.
