On October 1st I sent my defective product to Synnex Canada in Guelp, Ontario at the request of Digital Shopper. On October 8, Synnex Canada issued a credit on behalf of YMCM Inc associated with Digital Shopper for the return of my product. I never received my reimburse by YMCM inc.(Digital Shopper). Synnex Canada sent me a copy of the credit and tell me to contact YMCM inc. Digital shopper stops replying to my emails. my english-speaking sister left voicemails with no call return to Digital Shopper. Its suppose to be the same company so Why didn't Digital shopper tell me to call somewhere else then? I want that YMCM reimburse me. My product is on warranty! November 9, last email received from Digital Shopper (join in attachment): Dear Customer, Unfortunately, during this period, we are a little behind the process. We are doing our best to get your order refunded as soon as possible. Please give us some extra time to complete this return process. We assure you that the refund will be processed soon. Thanks for your patience and understanding Kindly regards Digitalshopper I contact EDifier for the warranty but they said to contact the reseller directly.... Thank you for your help! We are tryin to issue the customer a her refund but the order is too old to refund through the system. Please provide a working email address so that I can reach the customer.
