Ordered an item and made sure to set my shipping address to my current address however their website is not greatly optimized for phones and it didnt register.. I know it may seem like a mistake on my end but I made sure to is it twice because the first time it crashed and Ive had this issue before so I know to make sure it doesnt happen again.. anyways it gets shipped to the wrong address and they do absolutely nothing but send me smiley faces and tel me to reach out to the postal services this whole company is a scamsBusiness Response

While our system processes shipping details as entered at checkout, we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to double-check and explain the issue you encountered. We never want any of our customers to feel unsupported, especially when dealing with delivery issues.

We had advised to reach out to ***** because we no longer have control over shipping updates once the package gets handed over to them.
Should there be any search ticket or claims provided to us, we could have taken a closer look regarding this concern. Anyhow, I see that a dispute has been made as well and so this will get forwarded to the bank and the bank will be the one to settle as well. Furthermore, I also see here that his account has been canceled as requested.

************** of BullyMake is CompanaPetBrands (tried reaching them too)Purchased a 6 month subscription for these most durable pet chew on the market. Received the first order February 6. within 10 minutes 1 of the toys was destroyed and then within another 2 days the second was destroyed. BullyMake offered to warranty and provide replacements, which they did on February 18. These replacements were destroyed within hours.I contacted the company (via email as its the only way possible) to terminate my subscription and was fine if they wanted to charge me the full price for Box #1 instead of the discounted price and call it a day. BullyMake said I would have to pay for all remaining 5 Boxes if i were to terminate now or receive the next 5 boxes and then terminate. I asked what better quality products they have. these are their best products. Given that, I have no interest in throwing money down the drain and would like to cancel the subscription. Again, I have no issue going back and paying the full $45 for the first box instead of $33 (subscription price). I am not asking BullyMake to lose money on the box they sent but I surely dont want to continue receiving poor quality products for another 5 months at $33/month.I have learned my ****** and should have checked their reviews first as I am not the only one in this situation.Customer Answer

This company is a scam. They have continued to charge me despite numerous attempts to cancel. They autorenew and do not allow you to ever finish the subscriptions saying you have to fulfil 12 boxes when they have a cancel anytime policy. They don't do refunds. I have been charged 4x the last month for no reason. The treats are the same every month just repackaged--the customer service has been horrible. They switch their words when convenient to their case. The chat feature also does not send you receipts of the many times I have spoken to someone saying they would cancel the subscription. Signed up for a dog Christmas delivery box During the checkout process, my screen was frozen, and when I completed the process and added product was added to my order, I immediately contacted thecompany. They refuse to cancel and refund me. The products were shipped. I asked to send it back for a refund. They told me that they could do that after over 20 emails. They gave me a partial refund and I asked that all future orders and subscriptions with them to be canceled. I was told they were. I was charged again this month for a monthly dog toy box. Upon receiving, I emailed them and disputed the charge with my when I reached out to them they told me that I am under a one year contract and will be continued to be billed.This is a dog toy box not any type of services for them to not have a cancellation option due to poor customer service and product is ethically. Apologies for the delayed responsethis email was automatically closed out by the system for some reason.
Upon review, the customer reached out to us only once, and after we responded, we did not receive any further communication from her.

Additionally, she selected the annual plan last December, which committed her to 12 boxes (one year) and agreed to the terms and conditions. However, her payment attempts kept failing.

I emailed Bullymake in September to cancel my subscription. My dog destroys the toys and the treats upset their stomaches. They responded back would I like to continue at a discount and I didn't respond as I cancelled it, so that was final. They continued to send 2 more boxes despite the fact I sent 2 more emails to cancel. Im so annoyed the wont respond to me with a refund only a $10 refund if I keep the box I do not want. I am contacting my bank tomorrow. I despise them and have never had this experience with a subscription service. There are too many tracking numbers to include here.Business Response

As I investigated what happened, we can't seem to locate the past request she had mentioned, September. These are all the correspondence we have from her, screenshot: ****************************If by any chance she has a copy of it, that would be very helpful.
Also,we have responded to her email last October 1st, screenshot: **************************** but then we never heard back from her.
We are extremely sorry that we waited for her response in hopes of helping.
We always want to know if we can help with anything before we close out the account. We believe that good customer service should always try to discover why the customer was unhappy or did not want to continue so any issues or concerns can be remedied. We are so sorry if asking for the reason for cancellation, means otherwise.Anyhow, we have canceled her account as requested and since the box has been shipped, we have provided options like she can refuse or we can get her $10 should she keep the box.
She can always refuse the box and once done, let us know and so we will process the refund right away, no worries.

I had contacted they about 4 of there toys as they have a life time warranty.we got of ****** all 4 of they .I showed them pictures.i told they that I can't find orders on amazon as we looked.we called amazon was told to do with them as it's a 3 party sell.i told them this ,but yet perceived to be rude over and over ordering me to contact amazon after I keep telling them they won't help us.i told them we never filed a claim ever with them on any of our 4 toys ,said they don't care.must show proof ok I told them u see the 4 toys it has your name on it.never filed a claim ,what more u want as ****** nor u want to back up your life time warranty as stated.i just want my toys that we payed for replaced as stated in warranty by them and *******we payed over 50 plus dollars for these 4 toysBusiness Response

While we understand the importance of making our customers happy and issues resolve, we also have some protocols just like any other businessesl
So the customer purchased our toy from ****** but can't provide a receipt. She said she reached out to ****** and is not helping but all purchases or order confirmation especially from ****** are being sent via email. Or she can also check with her bank statement, those type of information if those will be available, that will suffice and we can replace.
If not, then of course since it is from a third party store, we are truly sorry that we can't provide any replacement at all.
