            Citiwide Properties Corp. and realtor ******************** are my landlord's broker. ********************, along with my landlord think it is okay to expose my family, especially my grandchildren to a filthy home. The lease agreement explicitly states that the property needs to be recleaned before move-in. A few weeks later we began to move in and quickly realized that they had done nothing. At this critical juncture, I had no choice but to devote time and resources to clean it myself. ******************** says that it was clean but that is completely false and I have video and pictures to support my position. Just in vacuuming the carpet, I extracted enough dirt and debris to fill two 5 gallon buckets. In 17 years co-managing a residential and commercial construction company I have seldom encountered such ignorance and unethical misconduct. It was unbelievable. The carpet had not been cleaned or vacuumed adequately in many years. Instead of doing the right thing when confronted, ******************** ignored the move-in requirements and established industry standards and falsely asserted the house was clean and that they would do nothing. Renters beware!
