    Transaction Date Oct 2023. Immediate Solar installed a solar system with battery system to the house and program the system. Payment of $23,000 was for supplying inverter, the installation labor and programming the system. I suspect this may be a case of them taking advantage of senior citizen. They installed it but it has not worked properly since it was installed and I have already paid them. They kept saying they would come fix it but have put me off time and time again for 2.5 months. They said they will come out this week to fix the system so it works properly.....but for 2.5 months they have been saying this. I just need it to be real this time.

    This issue has been resolved with the homeowner, we have agreed on a mutual decision to provide extra services to his solar system at no additional charges. Originally the homeowner paid for for services that did need not include the additional work and we have explained this to him multiple times , he believes otherwise and would not respectfully agree, we sent him an invoice that included exactly what services he would be paying for with the $23,000. The homeowner is currently scheduled for Jan, 6th **** for free additionally work at the expense of Immediate Solar.
