    I purchased a car from this dealership, paid a down payment, took the car home for 4 days. The carlot called me to bring the car in for an inspection that was already done. They lied to get the car back to them when they didn't have to. Once the car was there they took the keys and told me to gather my things from the car. The bank wasn't going to fund the loan. They refused to issue a refund on the spot and said I would have to wait. I waited and they finally called me to pick up the check. When I picked up the check it was almost 1600 short. They said it went from a purchase to a rental and that's what they charged me for "renting" the car for the 4 days.i refused to cash the cash until I could figure out if that was legal and when I went to cash the check i was told it was already cashed. I never attempted to cash it and I had the original check in my possession the whole time. Noone cashed it. 4200

    2/24/23 went to legacy autos to purchase a vehicle & was able to leave that day with a Truck. I had to return the truck the following Friday due to misinformation about the APR. We at that point, spoke with ***** in person and via text/phone. When we returned the truck, he informed me that we would be getting a full refund and he would mail it to us with some sort of tracking number to insure it would not get lost in the mail. I did not hear back from him until Wednesday, 3/8/23, when i reached out to him via text. He indicated he was out of the office and would let me know but I did not receive any follow up from him. I reached out again the following day and no response. I contacted the office and was told by ******** that they were unaware of what was spoken by *****, but my options were to either go into to office & pick up the check or they could mail it out via regular mail but if it was lost it would not be reissued again & I would be "***" (her words exactly & I have a voice recording of the conversation). I reiterated that we could not make the 2hr drive for the 3rd time & all we wanted was some sort of tracking number to insure it wouldn't get lost & to confirm it had been mailed. she refused and said, "I have already given you your options". All we want is to get our $5,500.00 back & be done with it but they seem to be unhelpful if you towards you. Attachments uploaded below.

    Customer reached out to the manager when he was on vacation on his personal cell phone when she reached out to the office we informed her that check was ready for pick up or it could be mailed, she asked us to mail it. Refund was mailed via ***** tracking ************ on the 9th when she called and requested for it to be tracked. Our policy is to mail refund regular mail unless the customer request to pick it up or wants it to be tracked.
    We proceeded with the customer request and mailed it to her address. It seams that the customer had a misunderstanding.
    We will monitor and make sure customer gets the refund as promised. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to satisfy the customer.

    First day I came there they was fine didn't have problems with them at all. My credit mess up so they told me I need an co-signer. BOOM I GOT ONE! Came back in week trying pick a car they gonna come with a lame excuse saying oh we gonna put you in car in your budget! That was fishy right there! I thought all I needed was an co-signer. Naw what they did was use my co-signer information and use my financial information to approve them. OH THEY THOUGHT I DIDNT EVEN KNOW THAT SMH!!!dn(I MAKE TWICE MY CO-SIGNER) Two hours la brought pizza the ppl next to us got some but we had to ask and the female that was helping us act like they didn't see they gave the customers some pizza after y'all just came in with ten oh well box's of pizza. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...get the car that I was approved for. NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER. I notice my windshield wipers fluid wasn't even hook up under the hood and my passenger window couldn't go up with the button and my axle keep popping! They told me go to the service department that roughly ***** min from them I said cool...Get up to Alpha car dealership(they second lot). I run in to bs with them and they only fix the window and the windshield fluid. Car was still making the popping on the axel! Called them back in week told them about it they talking about you need to pay an diagnostic fee!!! WTF REALLY I HAVENT HAD THE *** AN MONTH!!! Now forward to the day my car note post to be paid. This girl name ********(misspelled) had to the nerves to call me about payment to the bank. You are not the bank sis sit down please like I told her I talked the bank and stuff and set up my stuff! What they don't know I changed my due date cause my pay don't fall on date I get payed!!! CLICK HANG UP! Management call me next week guess or some dude told him what going trued get smart by calling me an ma'am and said we can come get the car if we want to cause I sign an contract about it. Number one who sign what??? I didn't sign no papers!....

    El **************** 2022 fui a Legacy Autos para cambiar mi **** Fusion , este vehculo lo adquir con este dealer 8 meses atrs, quise cambiarlo por uno ms ******* El vendedor escuch mi peticin y me ofreci un *********** Hicimos el trmite y firme el supuesto intercambio. Pague $300 en card para trmite de placas y al siguiente da les enve un pago de $349 de la primera cuota. Este da 10/29 no me recibieron el ****, el vendedor me dijo y me escribio (tengo los mensajes) que me avisaba para que lo devolviera, pero nunca me aviso, pasaron 7 das y yo misma fui a devolverles el **** y me lo recibieron. Al da siguiente la financiera automticamente me cobro $440 por el ****, me asust porque vi el engao y le escrib al vendedor y me respondi que ellos cancelaron el contrato, y como la financiera me cobro, que recoja el **** y lo tenga por 30 das mas. al otro da me lo entregaron. Desde este da yo los he llamado para que me solucionen, envo mensajes al vendedor y nadie ayuda, el 11/16 fui al dealer a hablar con el manager *****, dijo que hablara con el dueo y me llamaran. No recib llamadas. el 11/19 llame al ****** y les dije que hablara con un abogado porque ellos no tienen intencin de ayudar. Ese mismo da me llamaron y me propusieron que devolviera el carro *********** que cancelaran el contrato con la financiera para evitar procesos de abogado. El 11/22 fui al dealer a entregar el *********** me atendi una vendedora que lleg con una carta para que yo firmara donde dice que : "Yo entiendo que no es garanta de cancelacin de contrato y no me darn reembolso", le pregunte acerca del reembolso de mi dinero y me dijo que no me devolvern **** porque mandaron a hacer las placas. No estuve de acuerdo, La vendedora llam al dueo del ****** de nombre **** y el hablo conmigo, me dijo que firmara la carta, que me dejara ayudar, le dije que son deshonestos y me estaban engaando, que hablara con mi abogado. No firme la carta y no entregue el ***********

    Legacy Autos did not make me a trade-in, they cheated me and made a contract for a new car.
    On 10/20/22 I went to Legacy Autos to exchange my ***** which I acquired with this dealer 8 months ago, I wanted to exchange for a cheaper one. The seller offered me a *********** We did the paperwork and signed the supposed exchange. I paid $300 in card for license plates and the next day I sent them a payment of $349 for the first monthly fee. This day 10/29 they did not receive the ***** the seller told me and wrote to me (I have the messages) that he will notify me to return it, but he never notified me, 7 days passed and I myself went to return the **** and they received it. The next day the financial company automatically charged me the fee of $440 for the ***** I got scared and wrote to the seller and he replied that they canceled the contract, and since the financial company charged me, I should pick up the **** and keep it for 30 more days . the other day they gave it to me. From this day I have called them to solve it, I send messages to the seller and no one helps, on 11/16 I went to the dealer to talk to the manager ******, he said that he would talk to the owner and they would call me. I did not receive calls. on 11/19 I called the Dealer and told them I would speak to a lawyer because they have no intention of helping. That same day they called me and suggested that I return the ********** car, that they would cancel the contract with the financial company to avoid legal proceedings. On 11/22 I went to the dealer to deliver the **********, I was attended by a saleswoman who arrived with a letter for me to sign where it says: "I understand that it is not a guarantee of contract cancellation and they will not give me a refund", I asked her about of the refund of my money and told me that they will not return anything to me because they had the plates made. I did not agree, the saleswoman called the owner of the Dealer named **** and he talked to me, he told me to sign the letter, to let me help, I told him that they are dishonest and they were cheating me, that I would talk to my lawyer. Don't sign the letter and don't hand over the ***********

    We researched this contract and we found the deal for this client. Customer uploaded a contract for purchasing a ********** from our dealership and no trade were agreed in as the documents uploaded from the customer shows. Customer didn't not agree with ********************** to trade in any car and the contract provided and signed by the customer and the co-buyer doesn't show that we are trade in any cars. Customer took her new car same day with her couple weeks later she came back to return the old car and we told her she has to call the finance company.
    Then customer called couple days later and she said she won't be able to keep both cars due to slow Business we told her that we can request canceling her new car as she bought it recently even though we already registered it with her name. But no guarantee that finance company will agree. Customer start acting up and demanding refund we advised her that because she paid payments to finance company we cannot guarantee that a refund will be issued. Hopefully we can help her to cancel the loan that she just opened. Still customer start demanding things we cannot promise we advise her to think about what she's asking for,because it won't be up to us as her loan through a third party finance company.
