I purchased a custom controller with this company on 11/26. It was delivered 1/16. I am a new father and did not get the chance to use it for multiple weeks after delivery. The standard warranty is 90 days. The controller stopped working the weekend of 4/13, within the 90 day warranty period. I reached out to the company to help with a warranty claim one week after the break and the company advised they cannot assist. They can only suggest using a pay for repair service and that they do not stand behind their product even if its within their 90 day window.

So I sent in my controllers for repair over four weeks ago. The company reviewed my controller and informed me of the repair details. A month goes by with no communication. After hounding them for weeks and multiple calls I finally sent an email explaining my grievances. They decided to refund my repair money and send me back broken controllers that only THEY can fix. Its absurdly unprofessional.

This marks the second occurrence of left stick drift on a PS5 controller from battlebeaver customs within just one year. I've been an avid gamer my entire life and have never experienced stick drift on my left thumbstick before. I also own several PS4 controllers from them, and they only exhibited stick drift on the right thumbstick. It's not just me; I've inquired with others, and they too have reported issues with stick drift on the same thumbsticks. I'm beginning to suspect that there may be some manufacturing issues or defects with the PS5 controller modules. What can I do to address this problem? They asked me for videos demonstrating the problematic thumbstick, and I promptly provided them. However, once they reviewed the videos, they informed me that the products were no longer covered by the warranty. To provide some context, the first controller was purchased on 10/27/22, and just five months later, the left thumbstick developed issues. The second controller was bought on 5/29/23 and is now also experiencing problems with its thumbstick. Their warranty options are limited, offering either a 30-day coverage or an extended 120-day one. Unfortunately, it's still a tough situation because these controllers tend to develop issues just after five months of use, leaving customers with little recourse. Now I find myself with two malfunctioning PS5 controllers, which collectively set me back approximately $460.

I ordered a custom controller, and it didn't arrive until 2/18/2023. About a month later, one of the controller pads stopped working, and the head phone **** stopped working. I submitted a ticket to replace it since my son has been unable to use his controller for two months, and the company doesn't want to repair it. They are selling a costly product for it to only work for *********************** to pay them again to fix it. I would instead take my business elsewhere.

Date of Transaction: 04/03/2023 Amount sent to business: $222.18 Business committed to Provide: The business committed to provide a brand new, modified Playstation controller, a case for the controller, and a name tag on the case.Nature of Dispute: The controller arrived and had no visible exterior damage. The controller was damaged during assembly, by their team and then shipped and arrived non-functional. The controller regularly inputs commands that I do not give it, for example the trigger button triggering activation of the movement sticks. This is documented in other cases on Reddit and on review sites like Trust Pilot and is an issue during the build phase. Since realizing that there was an issue I have called the business 2 separate times and left voice mails. Additionally, I've sent 3 emails. The first email was requesting ideas for troubleshooting so that both parties could walk away happy, but it was ignored. I spent 8 hours of my own time troubleshooting by updating firmware & reinstalling chipset drivers as well as researching other ways to resolve the problem. It persists. The next two emails were regarding receiving a full refund for the product, including the shipping charge of $16.99 and not needing to pay a restocking fee as a working product was never delivered. It feels unfair for a company to profit off of their mistakes.I've since filed a return request through their website, where it stated I would not receive the cost of shipping back.Order Number: #****** No customer should incur an expense from a business that does not deliver on the promised, working product. This is 100% a business issue, and not the burden of the customer to cover.

I placed an order with this company and immediately after I placed the order I emailed support to cancel it, using the email provided from their website. This was over a week ago and I have received no response or refund from the company. The charge is still in my bank account history.

I bought a custom built controller from battle beaver in December of 2021 for my son for Christmas. We finally received the controller in April 2022. After a few months of playing we ended up having to send the controller back for stick drift. This was August 2022 we didn't hear anything so in October 2022 I called them to see what they aw going on with it. They informed me that the controller had been refurbished and sold because I didn't answer an email verifying my address. Why do I need to verify my address it was on all the information I sent and filled out with the controller? I looked thru my emails and didn't have any emails from them. I asked for a controller of equal value or a refund of my money. They told me they would have a supervisor call me. So far haven't had a call back. I am out 250 dollars and have nothing for the money I spent. How can a company take something that belongs to you? In my book that is stealing. They offered me a discount coupon on a new controller. I'm very upset. Bottom line battle beaver is a bunch of thieves. Their product isn't worth the money

I purchased the controller on 11/26/2022 for a total of $221.98. My controller was delivered on 12/6 so I have absolutely no complaints on that part. Maybe used my controller for a total of 30-40 hours before I started having issues. The right analog started off with a small drift then eventually came to spinning me in full circles while I am playing cod. Emailed battle beaver on 3/6 letting them know of my issue. Didn't hear anything back. Emailed them again on 3/10. Finally got a response on 3/14 saying sorry that my controller is experiencing issues and that they have never seen these issues before. In the mean time of waiting to hear back from them I found many complaints online just like mine about stick drift and controllers having issues after only a few months of using them. In their reply they also said that my controller falls outside of the standard 30 day warrant period so not only would I have to play for repair services , I would have to pay to ship the thing to them. Also the estimated turn around time for repair they said is 6-8 weeks. Which I also found online that others have waiting a lot longer than that to get their controller back and it not even be fixed or break again shortly after.I guess there really isn't anything they can do for me at this point. I just paid $220 dollars for a controller I am not going to pay $20 dollars to ship it back and wait 3-4 months to decide whether or not I want to pay another $50 to $100 dollars Anyways I replied to their email on 3/14 the day they emailed me back. I said to them that I thought the warranty was 120 days, also have seen very many complaints online just like mine ? I never got a reply back from them.

9/23-Placed a order for a Controller. Paid $280.47$ after tax and shipping. Production an shipping fulfillment was based on fist come first serve on order # Started looking into the company more & noticed they sold about 10 "Beaver Boosts" a day for an additional $35 and gets your order to front of the build queue. 11/26- After over 2 months of waiting, and trying to get "beaver boost" for about 2 weeks, they announced they had 100 for sale on Black Friday. I was lucky enough to get one for an additional cost of $35, now bringing my total to $315.47. 12/3-I finally received my order after full months of waiting and paying an additional charge to get my controller. 12/4-Attempted to use product for first time and immediately noticed the triggers were "sticky". Even when let go it was as if they were still pressed in. same thing with the joy sticks and "stick drift" even when not pressing the stick it was as if the stick was pressed. 12/5-Emailed complaint to company 12/15-10 days later company responds with a standard response you would expect from a business offering a repair or a refund for the controller. 12/16-i took the repair not expecting the issues to continue another 2 months, in hindsight I should have taken the refund then 12/27-11 days later they send me the shipping label to return product for repairs. 1/4/-company replied letting me know they were unable to find any of the issues i have mentioned, but would still have someone do another inspection 1/10-received email stating i had to "Purchase" My Warranty repairs for $0, if i didntrespond within 48 hours i would get a final notice before relinquishing ownership of the controller. 1/15-out for delivery and was returned to sender for faulty address 1/15-emailed company 1/20-emailed company 1/24-emailed company 1/26-emailed company 1/28-finally heard back after 10+ days, wants me to pay $17.04 to ship it again 2/3-emailed company about issue 2/4-emailed company 2/8-emailed company REFUND ME!
