      On 6/5/23 I purchased a Gen 6 Wellness Edition Hybrid Watch , Navy color. It has a two year warranty that says "The Fossil Two (2) ************ Warranty is a voluntary manufacturers warranty.Your Fossil watch is warranted by Fossil ****** **** (Fossil) for a period two (2) years from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Fossil warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. A copy of the receipt or dealer stamp in the warranty booklet is required for proof of purchase. In case of replacement, Fossil cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided." After 3 mths of having the watch, it stopped charging on the charge unit the watch lays on. I took it in for repairs at one of their shops and it was returned to me in the same exact condition. No repairs were done and it continued to not charge on the charge unit. I mailed it back to the company and explained that no work was done on the watch. The watch was sent back to me once again in the same condition. I made several calls to customer service and once they knew who I was, they hung up the phone. I immediately called them back at least 50 times back to back and the woman, *****, recognized my voice, and she deliberately wouldn't pick up the phone. I sent several emails asking for a replacement as the warranty says, and they will not give me a new replacement. Now I just want my refund because I am very unhappy with their service. I own several products by fossil (two backpacks, a silver bracelet, and one other gen 2 hybrid watch), but as of this experience, I am sadly disappointed in how I'm being treated and want what is rightfully due to me: a new replacement or a refund

      Worst Company Ever! cancelled an order the day of and they shipped it anyway! told me not to worry as 100% free return shipping from Canada but that wasn't the case, there wasn't a return label and when I called they lied and stated the UPS invoice was the shipping label, so upon arriving at UPS, the courier said it was false and I had to pay! what happened afterwards was a nightmare: called them 4-5 times over two weeks, each time they told me to wait days just to "receive the item" before even processing the refund even thou I had delivery confirmation. They eventually promised but never followed through with a refund. customer service is rude, doesn't care and or any take notes, so I had to repeat everything each call. they truly disrespect their customers. DO NOT ORDER from them! ever Finally put in a credit card dispute. just horrific!

      Worst company EVER! They won't honor the money I spent at Michael Kors. My husband bought a watch as a birthday gift from the Michael Kors website. Within a year, the watch stopped working. Sent it back and got fixed. Within a few months, it stopped working again. I sent it back. They issued me a gift card, claiming the the watch couldn't be fixed. They NEVER told me, it was a gift card for some website called watchstation.com. I looked for a few months trying to find a new Michael Kors purse, to use my gift card. When I found the purse I wanted I tried to use the gift card, didn't know about watch station website. I figured, I bought Michael Kors product, I get a Michael Kors gift card, not some website I have never heard of. I was unable to use the gift card. I placed a call to find out, that, the gift card was not Michael Kors, but some random website. I called the watch warranty department. They informed me there was nothing they could do. Spoke with a supervisor, she was unable/unwilling to issue me a Michael Kors gift card or a check. She claims she can't give me money back because I didn't buy through them, hence, why I should have a Michael Kors gift card. If they have to be out $200, what does it matter how they have to refund the money, Michael Kors gift card or check with my name. I have never been treated so poorly by a company, or had a company so unwilling to honor a customers request. I will NEVER buy from them or Michael Kors again.

      Usless and incompetent customer service. I went there to exchange a watch as it was a gift but didn't like any watch in the shop at that time, so I was told to exchange with gift cards as it was the best option as the gift card could be used online. However when I looked for the watch online, there was no option to use the giftcard to purchase anything. I called customer service several times but got no response from them, then after repeatedly calling watchstation branch they said I could use gift cards only in the store. I told I wanted a refund as I was misguided from the staff and it was not my mistake. They confirmed to me via email that I would get a refund and further compensation for my troubles but I would have to go to the outlet. I live near Gatwick and all outlets are quite far from my place still I agreed to go there, but when I went there initially they refused to give refund for giftcard but when I showed them written email they refunded giftcard amount but didn't gave any compensation and said it was not their mistake and as also they didn't promise any such thing. They were adamant that the email was received from another branch which I didn't even contact and I could only get my compensation from that branch even though no purchase was made from the that I received the email through. The manager of the branch was also extremely rude and refused to help me in any sort of way and was fixed in her ways in denying any mistake and not acknowledging how their constant mismanagement was the reason so much of my time was wasted. Please do not waste your time here! You can find much better retail outlets who actually know how to treat their customers.
