    On 6/5/23 I purchased a Gen 6 Wellness Edition Hybrid Watch , Navy color. It has a two year warranty that says "The Fossil Two (2) ************ Warranty is a voluntary manufacturers warranty.Your Fossil watch is warranted by Fossil ****** **** (Fossil) for a period two (2) years from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Fossil warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. A copy of the receipt or dealer stamp in the warranty booklet is required for proof of purchase. In case of replacement, Fossil cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided." After 3 mths of having the watch, it stopped charging on the charge unit the watch lays on. I took it in for repairs at one of their shops and it was returned to me in the same exact condition. No repairs were done and it continued to not charge on the charge unit. I mailed it back to the company and explained that no work was done on the watch. The watch was sent back to me once again in the same condition. I made several calls to customer service and once they knew who I was, they hung up the phone. I immediately called them back at least 50 times back to back and the woman, *****, recognized my voice, and she deliberately wouldn't pick up the phone. I sent several emails asking for a replacement as the warranty says, and they will not give me a new replacement. Now I just want my refund because I am very unhappy with their service. I own several products by fossil (two backpacks, a silver bracelet, and one other gen 2 hybrid watch), but as of this experience, I am sadly disappointed in how I'm being treated and want what is rightfully due to me: a new replacement or a refund
