      Fossil ruined a special moment for my family. My husband is in the navy and I havent seen him in months. I got him a watch as a present. I ordered mid january and got it engraved. It came in with something entirely different engraved. Support said if I sent it back, theyd sent the replacement. They assured me it would be there in time. Sent in the old one, got notification that it was received. Never sent a replacement. I emailed after a couple days. No response. I called and they seemed confused but said theyd put it to a team and Id get an email in a few days. They emailed me that the watch is no longer in stock and theyre giving me a refund instead. So I tried to order something early, then they messed it up, and he wont be getting a watch. It is too late to order anything else.

      Fossil is a scam of a company. My emails have been ignored in trying to pick a replacement watch under warranty once they deemed my old watch non repairable. It has been over 6 months and I have still been unable to reach resolution. I just want my money back so I do not have to buy anything from Fossil ever again and deal with their extremely poor customer support. They do not answer emails. Never dealt with such a unprofessional company before. I think create watches that break down early, have people believe they are covered under warranty, then they tell people a watch is non repairable so they can force people to pay for another watch and keep the sick cycle going to drive up their sales. What a joke.

      This is not a company that values customer satisfaction. I purchased a ************************* Watch from them less than a year ago, and it will no longer turn on at all. I sent it to Fossil and they sent me back a form letter stating the module it needs is no longer available. That's it! NO LONGER AVAILABLE. No "we are refunding your purchase price", "we would like to work with you to find an alternate solution", "your needed part is on back order and we'll notify you when it becomes available"....nothing. Just here's your non-working, less than a year old, still under warranty, watch and a crappy form letter with no explanation. Once I called customer ********************** to try getting an explanation, I was eventually offered a "store credit" for the original purchase price toward another crappy Fossil watch. The reviews for the new Gen 6 are terrible and I had no desire to repeat my awful experience, but was told "sorry, its store credit or nothing at all." After reviewing the available choices on their website, I asked if there would be additional credit to my account if I chose a watch which had a sales price considerably below the amount of my credit and I was told no, its not based on "Sales Price" but retail value of the replacement watch. This company has gone so far downhill I don't think they should even be allowed to keep operating under the same name.I would not purchase another Fossil watch even if it were free.

      I have a Skagen watch that has a strap that has a unique attachment that snaps and breaks very easily. It is a flawed proprietary design. I had to order a replacement at a price of more than half of what I paid for the watch itself, but I was willing to do it rather than throw away a perfectly good watch that should last many more years. Now that the second replacement strap has broken in very short time with very little wear I again call to order a replacement. Now they don't supply them. Crystals, stems, whatever, yes, but the strap famous for the legion of consumer complaints regarding the proprietary strap, no, not at any price.So a perfectly good timepiece is relegated to the landfill. I have purchased nine Skagen watches over the years. I will not be buying another.In fact, I will be steering clear of all Fossil Group products in the future. I refuse to support poor business practices and lack of responsibility.

      Terrible terrible. I placed an order on Dec 04 for 2 watches for Christmas presents. ***** was irresponsive as usual so on Dec 14 i called customer **********************, explained the issue with no delivery and time running out but the person who took my case **** told me i had to wait until Dec 21st because there was nothing he could do. I explained that would mean that my order would probaby not get here in time. To no avail. He told me there was nothing anyone could do until the 21st. On the 21st i called, talked to ***** who apologized profusely and explained that actually this situation could have been solved on the previous call. Anyway, ***** placed a new order and promised to send it next day air at no cost to me. Today is Dec 22nd, I still havent received my order or even a tracking number. I called and talked to ******* who searched my case and came back to tell me that the order could not be filled because the items were out of stock. While talking to him I check in my Pc and both items showed available and could be shipped next day to me. I explained that to ******* but he insisted that the items were out of stock, i repeated that was not the case because i was online and the items showed available. Anyway, he kept going with the same speech so i requested a cancellation of my order. I will have to wait 2 to 4 weeks for my refund. Unreal and shameless. Never again. Dont buy from them! look at all the negative reviews. They no longer deserve your business.

      I ordered a wallet and matching purse for a xmas present. I received the wallet, but instead of the purse they sent someone elses wallet they had ordered. So I call expecting them to fix it right away, and they said i could only get a ******* then pressed them to replace it and they said that I could go and try and find it in stock somewhereI said that was their job so theyre finally calling stores for me and Ive been on the phone for an hour! The phone customer ********************** has been outsourced and it showsthe supervisor ****** was super insulting the whole time, talked over me, and said I wouldnt listenand implied that I was interrupting him. It is not even good enough to call customer **********************, they act like its your problem and that youre taking up their precious time.

      What happened to Fossil!?!?!?! I have used their watches and wallets since high school. Just ordered a new wallet and it is inferior to ******* wallets. Leather is falling apart after one day of use. Sad Day for Fossil. The customer support has yet to be helpful in finding a amicable solution to this issue. I would be very wary on any future dealings with the Fossil Group.

      Visited store ***** I was approached by *** who didn't seem like you really wanted to help me. He did not smile, he was not welcoming, or warm. I asked ****** to help me because of ***'s demeanor previously made me feel very unwelcomed. But having ****** help me was actually worse. Her attitude and body language made me feel like I was being such a bother. I asked to not have the watch that was on display since it was most likely handled by a lot of customers.****** seemed to be bothered by that request, and showed her annoyance very clearly. At times she was breathing heavy and sighing as if it was such a chore to help me. During the entire time, I was polite, calm, soft spoken ....was not rude at all but these two employees made me feel so unwelcomed (and this was noticed by my friend who accompanied me in the store) I did say something to ****** at the end of the transaction, and she promptly denied it, and said that was not the case. I'm sure the justification was because there was another African-American associate in the store working, so it will be impossible for me to feel that I was being treated differently by her and *** who are both Caucasian..... but I was indeed..... and I really did not appreciate it. I stated that I have been shopping at the store for years I have met many different staff over the years, but this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had and the level of customer ********************** has truly declined. You may not take this seriously, or do anything with this; but I will tell you I've worked in management and customer ********************** for over 30 years, I know good customer ********************** from poor customer ********************** and what I received today was very poor. What made it even more egregious, was as I walked away from the counter I could hear ****** talking to *** about me, while there were 4- 5 customers in the store, and it's a small store. This is not how you treat your customers regardless of age, race, orientation or any other protected class.

      I am so dissatisfied with my last purchase from fossil. I don't think I will never order another watch from them. ***** they use as shipper is totally the worst company to ship with. They said my order arrived at my front door I am in my garage with door open when I get notified that my package was delivered at my front door I'm standing outside not even 10 feet from my front door. No feed ex truck on my street much less at my door. You cannot get a hold of fed ex and when you do they tell you to call the vendor. I own7 fossil throughout my years of owning watches and I will never buy again unless I'm in store. You cannot get a hold of fossil no customer ********************** number on my order through email to contact them. Absolutely horrible

      I received just 1 out my orders, I called them to let them know I had 3 more orders and couldnt track them. They told they just created another tracking number today so Ill have to wait for another **** business days to receive it and they wouldnt even expedite my orders! This is after I had already waited for 7 days! I am really disappointed as this is my first time placing an order with Fossil.
