If I could give zero stars I would. Reading Ashley M's review...I could have written it myself. I had almost the exact same experience. Was told over and over by their sales team before signing on how brilliant my business was, and how easy for them it would be to scale. BTW- I had previously been running ads myself at 2-2.5 ROI. The ads strategist they paired me with was incompetent, and never delivered the weekly reports he was supposed to. My margins quickly deteriorated, and by the end of month one I was losing money on my ad spend. I was told by them they needed time- fine, but ads were already working before they started. Additionally, the "graphic designer" they gave me basically just kept taking creative I made previously and simply using a different font. NOT updating and testing new creative like promised. Halfway through the second month I found out my strategist was leaving and I would be paired with somebody else. Fine by me- exept I was paired with 2 other people, both equally as terrible as the first. When I finally was able to get on a call with Ronald, he claimed it was just that particular employee. Now I know it's not, it's all of them. He also did a fair amount of "sweet" talking, making me feel the situation was going to be rectified. It never was. And, about a week later, he sent me a video message claiming the issues with my account were all mine because "I had a bad business model." News to me since my business had previously been bringing in 10-20K profit on ads before hiring them. Now I was losing money due to their negligence. He also said Ausi would be sending me a video with advice on how to "fix" my biz. Never got that. He offered a month free of service. I declined as I couldn't afford to lose any more money with them and had zero confidence they would make it right. Run as far as you can from this company. They are the definition of sleazy bro marketing despite what Ausi tries to convince you of.
