    Order some merchandise from this website. On January 10th. On January ******************************************************************* the website. After a week I checked, and the tracking number was still awaiting item. So I checked the website policy on shipping. It did mention that just because you receive a tracking number does not mean the item shipped, and that it can take one to five days for the item to ship from different manufacturers. I waited a few more days. My status is still the same. I decided to reach out to the company there is no customer service number so I use the email on the website ******************* it has been a few days now and I still have not heard any reply back from this company. Im just looking to figure out whats going on with the item or receive a refund from my item.

    They are working on getting everything sorted and moved to the next hub. I do apologize about this delay as I know it can be an inconvenience, hopefully **** gets your package scanned and moving to its destination.
