    Zero stars! We hired ****** **** and his company, Iron Tech LLC, based in ********, *****, to build our home. To date, we have paid them a total of $98,500. Unfortunately, after receiving these funds, ****** **** and Iron Tech LLC abandoned the jobsite without completing the agreed-upon work.From the outset, communication with the contractor was poor, and it has now ceased entirely. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, including sending formal legal demands through our attorney, ****** **** has failed to respond or take ***************** of our most recent inspection, the project is only 34% complete, despite Mr. **** having already collected a substantial portion of the contract price. He even admitted to running out of funds and requested additional payments outside of the agreed-upon payment schedule. This contradicts his earlier assurances that the final payment would only be due at 99% completion. This man will spend all of the money he gets for his personal gain and only produce enough to get you to pay more so he can mismanage that as well. Beware of his other vises. We also have reason to believe that funds designated for our project were mismanaged and not held in a trust account as required. This raises serious concerns about financial accountability and business practices.Homeowners should exercise extreme caution before engaging ****** **** or Iron Tech LLC. While the company may initially appear professional, our experience demonstrates a pattern of collecting significant payments and then failing to fulfill contractual obligations.This situation has caused us significant financial hardship and emotional stress, as we now face additional costs to hire a new contractor to complete the unfinished work.We hope this review serves as a cautionary warning to others considering ****** **** and Iron Tech LLC.

    I have used this business going on 6 yrs now and their service, quality work, and customer service is nothing but extraordinary. I have had them paint my walls, they have help with rebalancing my washer dryer and dishwasher, they replaced and fixed my privacy fence. They have had to weld and replace some of my privacy fence posts. Then replaced my water heater. Then helped remodel my bathroom. Once I had to have them haul off a bulk trash/tree trimming. They also have some of the best wood working & metal working Ive seen. We bought a dinning room table they made from scratch and they powder coded my wife favorite color for the medal legs support. When you call with questions they walk you through the process from start to finish. I never felt like I was getting the run around. Their prices are extremely fair. I believe the best part is when they tell you what time theyre going to show up they actually show up on time. The owner is a great person and he has an old timey work ethic. He is true to his word and he back everything up. The quality of his work is outstanding. I would recommend them for any project you have or need help with. Plus take a look at their wood/metal working. I recommend the *********************** bar stool they make from scratch.

    ****** and the team at Iron Tech do phenomenal work. Their professionalism, and eye to a perfect finished product is amazing! There isnt anything Iron Tech wont or cant do!
