    The doctors are amazing, however the staff is subpar when handling the details of insurance coverage. Due to my exam being filed incorrectly I no longer can use my insurance for eye glasses, even after paying out of pocket for the contacts. I am still waiting several months later for a referral to the specialist. I was not called once my contacts arrived, I had to follow up with them only to find out the contacts had been there several days ready for pickup. This is a very nice office but looks are deceiving. Skip this place if you can. Very disappointed overall

    ******** ********* complaint #******** was filed against the optometrist ***** ********* of Rockwall ****************** at ***********************************************************************************

    The services rendered surrounding this complaint were not given by Rockwall ******************, ***** ********* or any of their staff.  When we realized that, we contacted the customer and let her know her complaint was filed with the wrong person and eye care office.  She responded by saying she already knew that and had called the BBB back to correct her complaint.  We have not received this confirmation that she did that from the BBB.

    It was determined between our office and the customer that the complaint should have been filed with ***** ***** at the business "Eyecare Rockwall" 810 Rockwall Pkwy #****, Rockwall, TX 75032.

    We ask that you please clear us of this complaint and correct any negative impact this created with our BBB account.
