            This company installed some turf on our playground. This turf immediately began to separate and come up causing trip hazards. We have repeatedly asked them to come fix the problem and they have been making false promises and to this day they have not come to fix this issue. Date if install was July 22, 2022 and sine then we have repeatedly tried to get them back out to fix the issue and we have had no luck what so ever.

            We ordered the highest grade astroturf this company offered and parts of it quickly matted down and still show where the seams meet between the different strips installed. The team also installed a small section near the pool that is too short and gets pulled up revealing uneven installation. We have spoken to the owner several times over a year and he keeps promising he will fix it, but then claims he is too busy after we contact him when he doesn't show up. He consistently promises and does not deliver or even call to tell us he won't be able to make it. The initial job was completed in October 2020 so it’s been nearly 15 months and no resolution! I am extremely disappointed in this company and after seeing several other homes with beautiful astroturf, I question the quality that was installed despite getting the highest grade offered.
