I purchased a laptop from Dell on or about Dec 28,2021. On or about July 26, 2021 it stated overheating and shutting down. Dell tried to send a tech and couldn't arrange a time. The offered me a new laptop. That too was canceled by Dell. I returned the laptop on it was received by Dell on September 3,2021. Dell keeping tell me it will be 10/ 15 days for the refund but nothing shows up. I'm suppose to sign in to a Dell account that I have no access too as well? Dell keeps running me to department after department?Business response

I ORDERED A **** COMPUTER ALONG WITH MSFT SOFTWARE. I OPENED A **** PREFERRED CARD.I CANCELLED THE COMPUTER LONG BEFORE I GOT A ****...AND NEVER OPENED OR DOWNLOADED ANY NEW MSFT SOFTWARE.I NEVER TURNED ON THE CARD.CALLED ONCE- THE REP JUST TOLD ME TO PAY IT.2ND **** NOW WITH LATE FEES....**** IS NOT RESPONDING, BUT JUST SENDING ME BILLS FOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES I NEVER OBTAINED - THUS USED.ACCT# ***********************Business response

I enrolled in a 12-month Payment Relief Program with Dell Financial Services around January 2021. The terms were: I am to pay $65 a month, there would be no late fees, and the interest rate would be reduced to ****%. I contacted **** around May 8, 2021. The interest had not been reduced, and I had been charged late fees. The person that I spoke with said she was forwarding my concern for it to be addressed. I contacted **** again on 6/2/2021 because I was still being charged late fees, and the interest had not been reduced. I was told they were working on the account. I contacted **** again on 7/19/2021, and was told the same thing. I received a statement with a Payment due date for Sept 2021. The interest rate still has not been reduced, and I am still being charged late fees. I have made all payments on date for $65. I am asking for your assistance in getting this resolved. My credit is not the best, but this situation has not helped at all.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I am waiting for updates to the Credit Bureaus, but I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I check my credit report on my transunion it shows the wrong data as $300 credit limit and balance $293 with DFS/webbank and this is incorrect and the credit limit should be $3500 with zero balance I never use the account and it was open on July 4 2021 and I need have this corrected by **** and Transunion. It currently in dispute the account number for **** preferred credit is *******************Business response
