I would not recommend this product. ClearCorrect refused to discuss my plan with me directly after I realized my provider was not using the aligners correctly and LOST my retainer, resulting in my teeth shifting. After being ignored by my provider, I wrote ClearCorrect's customer service to inquire about obtaining a replacement retainer after my provider lost mine and I asked again which plan I had purchased because I suspect my provider is delaying further treatment in order to charge me more after the time runs out. Upon request to ask which plan I was on, both my provider and ClearCorrect refused to inform me which plan I purchased ($5,500 total). I was told by ClearCorrect that they were more or less of a "pharmacy" for providers and that my case wasn't mine but the provider's despite me having paid for this so called service and refused to assist me with communication with the provider about replacing a retainer that HIS PRACTICE LOST while my teeth are shifting. My provider also broke protocol by making me wear aligners for five months when the ClearCorrect website clearly states that aligners are to be used as temporary retainers for no more than two months. My provider then rendered my aligner useless for backtracking by doing another unapproved technique by filling the attachment spaces with resin and not adhering the attachments back on my teeth after I had called complaining about shifting teeth. I feel completely ripped off and with I had chosen Invisalign instead. ClearCorrect is a scam and they don't assist the patients or their customers in any way especially when things go wrongly.

I would not recommend this product. ClearCorrect instructed my dentist to "file" many teeth (top and bottom - several areas). When I questioned why this was happening I was told that there wasn't enough room to straighten the teeth without doing this. I explained to my dentist that I had braces twice previously (age 13 & age 25) and that my teeth were perfectly straightened without needing any filing done. The only reason I needed another correction 15 years later was because I didn't continue to wear my retainers after the 2nd round of braces - huge mistake on my part obviously. These aligners have taken 3 times longer than they were supposed to due to mistakes on the aligner sets that required additional impressions and more sets/time. Due to the "filing" of the teeth, I now have weird looking gaps in-between several teeth. My teeth did not need to be filed down. I blame ClearCorrect and also my dentist for this mistake. I used to like my smile (even with the bottom teeth a little crooked) - not anymore. If I could go back in time, I would have gotten braces again.

This product doesnt deserve a rating. I was fitted for clear correct in 2018. I am in braces to fix the damage since 2020, it is 2023. With the fear that my teeth may not remain in my head due to all the damage. The damage is nerve, structural, facial, and jaw. The products completely ruined my teeth that were monitored monthly by an orthodontist. The product moved my whole jaw with an over jet of 40% on left and right side almost 90% malocclusion. The product puts the teeth into an open bite causing a ramp to allow teeth to move so the whole jaw moves. A cinching technique that pulls teeth back into underbite, along with fanning and denting techniques. . This is inhumane. The other thing the product does is manipulate muscles in jaw to hold jaw in place while completely dislocating. ************************* the director and the staff said they lawyered up. Clearly, because the product is dangerous and should have a warning. What this product does to people is inhumane and should not be on the market. I also had a roller coaster look to teeth. DO NOT LET ANYONE PUT THIS PRODUCT IN YOUR MOUTH!!!!
