      I would NEVER recommend Compassas Hospice in ********* WI to ANYONE!! They were supposed to take care of a Family member, that was NOT End of Life- and did Not do their job!! They did NOT come to see her and take care of her , even though contacted by Medical staff asking for such care. They did not provide appropriate medication- an Antibiotic -that was desperately needed.They only provided comfort meds" a sedative and pain killer 1 day and nothing else was given to her because of a mixup between Scheduled and PRN medication. Hospice arrived long enough to contact me to inform me that her body was shutting down and ask staff if THEY could give my sister an Antibiotic injection- They could not- she left before I arrived. At that time my Sister was burning up with fever from an UTI INFECTION and the Nurse left without so much as trying to help her. When I arrived, I put cool washcloths on her face and neck until her temp came down. Where is the compassion and care? Certainly NOT with this group. The Nurse didn't even come back to the facility until my family member passed away. NEVER RECOMMEND!!!I left my review, and Compassus requested I respond, because they were so concerned about my review- it has been almost 2 weeks since I responded and still no one has reached out!! Horrible Experience!!

      I was forced to give one star to get this review to post.Truthfully they deserve ZERO stars.Do not send any loved ones to compasses hospice ********** Burlington county unless you have a death wish for your loved one. Complete lack of compassion, and inadequate care given to the point where death was imminent. Stay far away.My father suffered from septic shock as a result of their negligence. A picc line was left in for TEN MONTHS. After my father was admitted to the hospital outraged doctors told me the picc line should have NEVER been left in for more than two months at most.This was just one indication of their negligence. Those responsible are still working for Compassus **********.These people have no place in health care. From the invisible doctor who was supposed to be monitoring my fathers case to some very incompetent nurses, a case manager and a social workermy father was failed on every level.Do not believe anything they tell you! Be your own health advocate and never back down. Do not be afraid to speak your mind, ask questions and demand better if you have your family member with them.If contemplating sending a loved one to them, DO NOT DO IT.This will be investigated and pursued.

      Worked there as a Chaplain for less than 45 days. They hired me to "assist" the other chaplain who had been there for several years without a vacation. Work still being done on paper. GIP admissions are ridiculous. When the chaplain came back from a thirty day vacation they laid me off, saying how much they hated to do it. Truth is, they only hired me so that the work wouldn't fall behind for the other chaplain ????????
