            On May 22, 2024, I went to ******** Instant Oil Change located at *************************************************** (Store #070065) to get my oil change on my 2018 *** 430i. I waited about ***** minutes to get my oil change. My oil was changed and I paid $98.77. I left went home and parked my car only to notice that my car was leaking oil. I called store # 070065 and told them what was happening to my car. They asked me to come back and I went back. They did my oil change again. I left and parked my car. Woke up to my car still leaking oil. Now prior to this my car was fine and not leaking any oil at all. I have contacted customer service several times via phone, chat and email. I have called the store again only to be told that the manager is not in and will have to call me back tomorrow. Meanwhile my car is sitting leaking oil and I am without any transportation. The invoice number is *****. My claim number is CS1176960.
