    I applied for a apartment at Belmont Place on ******************* in March was denied on March 28 ***ger *************************** told me I would receive a refund of the admin fees I paid and it would take up to 14 days I have email called back 2 weeks later a yong *** told me she never started the refund so he would get it started called back 2 weeks later the whole place is under new management now all they tell is they will investigate but is yet to call me back with feedback and I call everyday and no answer just the voice mail all I want is my money

    10/18/2022 Belmont Place towed my vehicle. Sept 2022 an email went out stating a new policy change to parking. Vague details and no timeline were provided. 10/14/2022 an orange parking violation sticker was put on my car window giving me 10 days (until 10/24) to remove the vehicle from the property or make it compliant. I was in the process of doing this as the vehicle had not run in a year and needed some maintenance work. I spoke with a representative from the apartment complex about this in person and was never told a specific date just that I needed to get it resolved. 10/15 a vague email was sent out. Here is EXACTLY what it said: "Please remind DO NOT PARK IN FIRE LANE is a *********** Law. It is unlawful to stop, park, or stand any non-emergency motor vehicle in an area properly marked as a fire lane as designated by the Fire Marshal, so as to obstruct the same, in whole or in part. Towing cost is $317" This same email was sent again 10/17. My car was towed 10/18 even though the sticker said i had until the 24th. There was no notice of violation or instructions on what the rules are for parking that would justify the tow prior to the 24th. When I spoke with the office person again at the office she was rude and unprofessional and offered no assistance and just told me to read the emails. No information or instructions were provided and was very unclear of their expectations from the residents with this policy change. I had been working to do as I am supposed to and get the car working to be moved but was robbed this opportunity since they towed my vehicle prior to the date they specified. I am still unclear as to what the parking rules are and am concerned they ******** my other vehicle. I am sure this will not be the only complaint for this as many of my fellow neighbors have had towing issues as well and are just as unclear as to what the new rules are

    MY AC HAS BEEN BROKE FOR MONTHS I BEEN REPORTING IT TO THE APARTMENT MANAGER AND THEY KEEP TELLING ME THAT THERES NOTHING WRONG WITH THE **** BUT ITS BEEN SO HOT I HAVE NOT STAYED IN MY APARTMENT FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS BUT IVE BEEN PAYING RENT SOMEWHERE I CANT LIVE BECAUSE ITS BEEN SO HOT
