My mother is in the Nursing home. I have issues that she is not getting the best care. I originally set up weekly calls because I live in another state. It is difficult to get through when I call. There is always a phone issue and my mother does not have a phone in the room she is in. I have left my name and phone number for them to call me back with my mother on the phone. Since COVID it has gotten worse with me not being able to get in contact with my mother. My sister and I have sent emails to various Nursing staff but no one has responded to our emails. When my sister and I have spoken to a Nurse, it is met with smart comments and attitudes as if we are bothering them. My mother's health is very important and we want to make sure she is ok. No matter how many times I call, I can't get through to my mother and again no one ever calls me back. They are the reason my mother is confined to a bed. When my mother was admitted into their facility she was WALKING!!!! This says a lot about them as a facility. She goes in walking but it was inconvenient for the staff to watch her and more convenient for them to make sure she is confined to a bed. She also smells like urine. They do not wash her so that she does not smell like urine. This is the worst facility. I am doing everything in my power to bring my mother back to Indiana. I just do not feel this facility is benefiting anyone but the owner's pockets.
