Kalahari *************: Reservation to water park/hotel from 07/04/24 to 07/05/24. Between the time off 9:10 pm and 9:20pm on 07/04/24 My family of 5 were pushed around and being provoked to fight by another family accusing my wife/daughter in-law and 2 Year grand baby of trying to fight 2 teenage females. The issue started when my daughter in-law told the 2 teenagers nicely to stop throwing soap bubbles at my wife and 2-year grand baby faces. The 2 teenagers got mad and were trying to provoke a fight with my wife and daughter in-law. During that time the mom of the teenagers showed up trying to fight my wife, so my stepson got in front of my wife to stop the mom from trying to provoke a fight. So, the mom called her drunk husband that decided to bull rush everybody and try to fight my stepson. We walked away and the other family kept following us trying to provoke a fight. NOTE: No security around to help stop the situation and security didn't know until we told them. The head of security ************** notified us that we were being kicked out by corporate and escorted out like criminals by ************** and security team. No apology or anything just strong warning to leave or get arrested by police. I spent $582.46 for 1 room on 07/04/24 to 07/05/24 and my family of 5 didn't get to stay the night but get kicked out like criminals for something we didn't do. I demanded a refund for being forced to leave and for the way we were treated but nobody wanted to help. I talked to the Director of Kalahari for the refund, but he said nothing could be done and that head of security would call to try and resolve the issue. Until today I have been waiting for a call or an apology and have received none. This is why I'm writing this review today and hope no other family has been treated unfairly like ours.
