Attempts at Resolution:I have persistently attempted to contact Flagstone Roofing via emails, text messages, and phone calls to inquire about the delay and to request an ETA for the commencement of the repair work. My efforts have been met with either no response or unfulfilled promises of callbacks. The last contact I had with the company was on Friday, January 20, 2024, during which I was told I would receive a call back on Monday, but no call was received.3. Impact of the Delay:The ongoing delay and lack of communication are causing further damage to my property. Furthermore, the unfulfilled promises and the inability to secure an ETA for the repair work have left me in a state of uncertainty and dissatisfaction.4. Contractual Concerns:The contract I signed with Flagstone Roofing contains a clause that requires me to pay them even if I hire another contractor due to their non-performance. This clause is problematic given the current situation where the company is not fulfilling their contractual obligations.5. Desired Resolution:Given the circumstances, I request a refund of the payments made to Flagstone Roofing so that I can engage another contractor to perform the necessary roof repairs promptly. Alternatively, a firm commitment from Flagstone Roofing, including a specific ETA for the commencement and completion of the repair work, would be acceptable.6.
