    This company is horrendous, since they have taken over the storage unit business at CR110, they have been increasing their rent every 6 months. This is price gouging, how can we put a stop to this company. This is crazy, since 2022 when they took over Mustang Storage, I was paying $171 a month, now I literally received a rent change letter my new rent is $246, that is a $75 a month increase in the past year!! This is crazy, and their excuse at first was their increase was due to the new tech they added to the storage unit. Literally the only thing they added was a room where you can make a payment, the storage unit has not changed, no more cameras added or anything. These people are a bunch of thieves, and these consistent increases are oppressive, and should be illegal.

    We have leased a storage unit for over 2 years, first under the ownership of Advantage Storage, now and for the last year Sparebox. We pay a premium for a climate controlled unit because we needed to store valuable musical instruments and delicate antique furniture while remodeling and adding onto our existing home. The ******** summer heat set in about two weeks ago and we have had no air conditioning in the unit for over a week. I have called and complained every day and have measured the temperature at over 100 degrees. I continue to visit the unit daily in hopes the A/C will be repaired and call to complain daily. There is NO satisfaction, no higher level of personnel to speak with, only a receptionist that can "pass the information on to the property manager". The site used to have an office where the property manager worked. The office has been converted to a kiosk center where one can rent a unit remotely. I was informed that my complaint has been "escalated" the last time I called, whatever that means. My only recourse is to move the entire contents of a 10X20ft storage unit in the middle of the summer to a different storage facility. This is ridiculous! Potential renter beware!!!
