  Riddle Brothers has a good product but the execution is inconsistent. They installed my roof quickly but the remaining items that were part of my insurance claim took 2 additional months to complete, with intermittent communication during that gap of time. However when time came to pay the final check, I was being charged double. Throughout the project, I twice had to get on a call with the office to review line by line of the insurance estimate, contract, and what work was and wasnt done. If I would have blindly paid, I would have paid $13k over the actual estimate and contract. Once again great ROOFING product but ensure you pay attention and check the contract and insurance estimate before exchanging any and all monies.

  Riddle Brothers was contracted to replace cedar fencing destroyed by a storm. The project manager was extraordinarily easy to work with, examined the damaged fence thoroughly, and provided a written estimate prior to beginning work. Despite a number of challenges to the crew, some of which were completly unanticipated, the crew took everything in stride and made the project completely uneventful to the customer. We are delighted with the outcome and can strongly recommend the contractor without reservation.

  I can't say enough good things about ********************* and Riddle Brothers on the new roof I got recently. **** was great to work with and helped me in ever step of the way working with my insurance company to get the work complete.***************************

  I have had numerous roofing companies knock on my door and offer to inspect my roof. None were able to get my insurance company to pay for a new roof although there was damage. I was advised by State Farm they only paid for repairs after a "big storm". Along came ****** and ******* from Riddle ***** Roofing. They hired someone to get approval from State Farm to pay for a new roof. It took some time but eventually State Farm approved the cost of a ************* new gutters. Amazing! Once State Farm started issuing checks, ******* became my "project manager" (not sure if that was his title) and was wonderful to deal with from start to finish. He answered all my questions and grievances in a timely manner by phone or text. Having a problem with your insurance company? I highly recommend these two young men.******************

  The storms last week caused damage to our roof. I called ********************* and he showed up very QUICKLY! I had to work that day, but he was in CONTINUOUS contact with me about absolutely everything. From telling me when he was on his way, to giving me my quote, to the materials being delivered, to the repair, and even a follow up to check over the work. He was the best! I cant tell you how thankful I am he made a point to be completely upfront and transparent about the entire process. Called him on a Friday, and the repairs were completed by Monday late morning. **** even answered alla my million questions!! He saved me so much time, MONEY, and HEADACHE from dealing with this situation. It was a flawless process. No doubt, I will absolutely be using Riddle Brothers again in the future!!

  I selected Riddle Brothers Roofing to repair some rotten fascia boards after checking their reviews on-line. I wanted to use a company that had a real local office and had been in business in the Rowlett for years versus out-of-towner, fly-by-nighters. I had previously filed an insurance claim for hail damage to my roof and the insurance company said they were only liable for damages which amounted to less than my deductible. Riddle Brothers worked with a third-party and successfully convinced my insurance company to pay to replace the entire roof (less the deductible, of course). Trevor ***** was a delight to work with and was truly interested in seeing that all the work was done to my satisfaction. It is so satisfying to do business with a reputable company with great employees. *** *.

  Several words come to mind with each project Riddle Brothers has done for **: exceptional, friendly, on-target, quality, reasonable and caring. From front office to on-site crews, each exhibit professionalism and attention to detail. We have used Riddle Brothers to replace wood flooring due to water damage, roof and gutters due to hail damage, indoor and outdoor painting, plumbing and construction. Not only have we found a great company to do all of roofing and construction needs, but we have also made good friends along the way. Thank you, **** and team.

  You can't go wrong with Riddle Brothers. **** and *** happened to be inspecting my neighbors roof. I hadn't realized a hail storm eight months ago had caused any damage until they took a look. I've worked with many contractors over the years, this has to be the best. Everything was handled from beginning to end. All we have had to do is enjoy a beautiful roof. Quality products, excellent workmanship and clean up. Highly recommended.
