    I paid $140 to ship four big boxes on July 18, 2022 from Seattle, WA to Memphis, TN. I was given an estimated delivery time of up to two weeks. None of my packages ever started tracking, as promised, and one was never even registered. Three of my boxes finally arrived on September 5, a month later than expected, still without any tracking updates. The fourth box has still not come as of December 6, four months after the expected arrival date. I have filed a claim with Greyhound to cover the contents of the box. I am requesting a total refund of $140 from BusFreighter in addition. I have been unable to reach them regarding this because their website is not longer in service. I should be reimbursed for the shipping costs I paid because none of what was promised to me (delivery time, tracking, all of my packages arriving) has been delivered. Extremely disappointed with this company and their customer service.

    For the past year I have worked with ********* transient to obtain my lost property. July 14, 2021 is the date my items were shipped with *********. My last packages were supposed to be received in October of 2021 but only one of the two packages arrived. Since then, I have been trying to work with ********* Express Shipping to reclaim my funds. ********* express shipping is not waiting to take credit for the shipping cost since a third party was used but was used through the ********* system but book the shipping. ********* keeps refereing me back to the company, BusFrieghter, which is they company they used in order to create shipping measures. Through the ********* site, it states that if all parcels are not received then you are guaranteed the full service payment back. They have yet to honor this even though they have cut ties with busfrieghter this past Sept 2022. I believe that they used this as a shell company to not have to pay out individuals refunds when parcels have gone missing. After doing research and seeing more reviews, this has occurred to others as well. I am hoping to obtain my shipping refund in the amount of $800 plus $500 towards the rest of my lost parcel which ********* is unwilling to cover. This is disheartening as I have been trying for over a year to connect and resolve the issue with ********* who is unwilling to settle out completely and keeps referring me to busfrieghter. This issue has caused major issues in operating my personal business as an entrepreneur. At this moment I recognize I will not be receiving my parcel but would still like a refund due to services not being completed as based upon the agreement.

    On 8/18/22 I placed an order with Busfreighter (who uses ********* Package Express) to have 34 boxes shipped from Seattle to New York with door to door delivery. The cost of this order was $1,406.21. The boxes were picked up and I was advised a 14 business day delivery. On 8/26/22 I was charged an additional $24.20, this was after they confirmed the boxes at the station and weighed them. 26 of the 34 boxes arrived 9/15-16 and I was asked if they could do a partial delivery as there was no room at the ********* port in New York to keep the boxes. They said they would deliver the remaining 8 boxes upon arrival. The 26 boxes were delivered on 9//19/22. I called about the remaining 8 boxes multiple times and was eventually told to fill out a claim for lost boxes. I did this and was then told it would be 60 days until they would finish reviewing my claim. During this time I kept calling and trying to locate the remaining 8 boxes. Eventually I noticed these boxes appeared as received at final terminal destination on the tracking page and called to confirm they were at the terminal. I have been calling for a delivery of these boxes and am given invalid phone numbers every time. I have called different numbers many times. I have also been told by ********* that Busfreighter AND ********* Package Express are both no longer in operation. The services I paid for have not been fulfilled. I cannot get ahold of the NY terminal at ********* to actually confirm my packages have arrived. At this point I'd like them to A. confirm they have my packages B. deliver my packages as promised OR refund me for non-delivery or possible loss of packages.

    I paid Busfreighter on 8/10 to ship 4 boxes from *******************************. Busfreighter utilizes ********* Express to complete this shipment. They claim packages will arrive in 14 business days. Busfreighter came to pick up the boxes on 8/17. The boxes have yet to be delivered and there has been no update to any tracking information since reporting that the boxes were picked up in NY on 8/17. I have reached out to the associated customer service phone number 5+ times and they have been extremely unhelpful in locating the boxes (I still have no idea where they could be) or providing any information as to when they are meant to arrive. I'm reaching out to BBB as I just want these boxes to arrive at their end location and do not know what else to do. I've attached a screenshot showing the tracking information, which as mentioned above includes no updates since originally being picked up on 8/17.

    date of Transaction: 5/21/22. paid $234.59 paid. tracking ********** only shows it was loaded outbound. delivery is still missing. i was repeatedly instructed to call greyhound package express myself with no resolution after ~10 calls and emails. My belongings are still missing. I was informed that an investigation tracer was opened and it was not.
