    Paid $200 for jerseys and expedited shipping in Nov 2024. I was told Dec 16th my items would be shipping the following week and had been sent to printing. I was never contacted again, I have left a voicemail every day, and an email daily requesting some update on my custom items. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced in this business. It is now Jan 13th of 2025 and I have nothing, and this order was very important to our brand image at SHOT show which is only a few days away. We have been left empty handed.

    Jared's order was delayed, and due to the holidays and unforeseen circumstances communication was delayed. Once this was noticed and after reviewing the timeline, we issued a refund ASAP to the customer as well as an apology. 

    Such delays are rare, and unfortunately in this case it happened and the customer is obviously very unhappy. The product will still be made for the customer and sent at our expense, and even though this does not help him at the upcoming event, it's the right thing to do to do our best to correct this situation.

    I placed an order on maxtsportswear.com on October 2, 2023 for $78.14. The order was for a customized "Paint the World" or "PTW" paintball jersey featuring the name ******** on the back along with the number 88. I reached out a few days later after I did not receive a confirmation of my order but was charged the full amount immediately. Upon my first email sent I received a response stating my order had been received and would take three to four weeks to ship. I also received an order number in that same email, ****. Since then I have reached out by phone as well as email on several occasions and have yet to hear a response back. I feel I am out of options and still cannot get in contact with anyone from maxt sportswear.

    We had a delay in production and the customer is not happy with the wait time which is understandable. The customer was refunded for the order in full.
