8/24/22 we were referred by manufacturer EGO lawnmower to take the machine to J&F repair services. Today, we were told 3 different stories from j&f; 1) claim was filed with EGO to replace entire machine but that they take 2-1/2 months to respond. 2) problem is EGO, they don't respond and we are no longer representing them. 3) we will be filing a claim to completely replace the machine. So claim has not been filed in 4 weeks. We've received so many different stories that we aren't sure what they are doing to actually fix the lawnmower.

    Business Response

    Date: 12/12/2022

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/10/11) */ Customers & Customers wife was told that it takes warranty 4 weeks. If we have to order parts, it takes longer. Customer was very upset because of her HOA. Customer did not even have her product registered which takes even longer. Customer came in and she was very aggressive to my 19-year-old employee and brought her to tears. She thought she was going to attacker her physically. The customer walked in the back of the shop for employees only and our employee had to get her. I as one of the owners called her. We were down the street for an appointment. We told her she would get a replacement. She threatened that she would call the BBB. I told her that we do not have anything to do with how long warranty takes. We no longer service EGO because of the time it takes. Customer received a replacement and I texted her as soon as the email came in after 9pm. Customer never responded.
