    Just fyi-long read but important info if you need glasses in Angelo. I’m putting this out here to maybe save someone else from hassle when you go to order prescription eyeglasses I would not recommend Sunset Eye Care AT ALL Took my RX in on Feb 2, with MY frames to have new lenses put in They had me pay and said they should have them by 14th(which seemed long to me), but ok. On Feb 12 they call to tell me there is a problem and I need to come by. I go in the office to find out they took some other frames I’ve never seen before and put my RX in them, my frames were still in the box wrapped up untouched. SO he says well we will rush yours on priority to the lab in Dallas, but you can borrow these with your RX in it. I was ticked by the way they were passing the blame around but ok I’ll use these glasses. However before I leave they tell me NO you can’t use those because they might belong to someone else! What? They belong to someone with MY RX in them? If that’s the case I’m buying a lottery ticket. Seriously ?? I’m very unhappy by now. So the lab guy goes and talks to the Dr who finally says to let me use them because my RX is a strong one and I need them, And they would put my glasses on priority. 7 days later, today, still no glasses and they say it might be tomorrow or Wednesday AND they have an owner to the frames they lent me. So apparently there is probably another unhappy customer out there too by now. The entire time they are passing blame to the lab in Dallas. Well no one in Dallas had my frames or RX and no one in Dallas sent the frames from here that were someone else’s with a wrong RX

    We're disappointed that your experience was less than desired!

    We definitely understand that we had an service issue with your glasses. On further investigation, it appears that there is blame both with our lab and the manufacturing lab in Dallas. By the time we discovered the problem, we were already behind on delivery. Furthermore, it took us some time to sort out the mixup.  Our lab manager was truly trying to make lemonade out of lemons, but we sincerely apologize for the confusion.

    I understand your frustration and I hope we have everything fixed to your satisfaction. Thank you.
